I am a Caribbean chef I have watched many videos and have a few recipes for paratha. I must say this is a good instruction all video. Sometimes it’s not about a recipe it’s about method

'Parantha Roti'? A parantha is a parantha and roti is roti. 2 seperate food items. Its like 'Chai Latte' isn't a thing.. Chai is chai, latte is latte.
