Hello Ash, this is paratha roti recipe was very very good. I tried it using the exact recipe and this was simple, quick and had excellent results. I shared it with my aunt who makes Roti’s, and she was in shock that there was no salt in this Roti and yes, it was so flavorful and flaky‼️♥️‼️

@@cookingwithash I think he mean the name "buss up shut." (I know that's the traditional name that Trinis use.) A lot of Indians from India don't like the names Caribbean Indian people use for their food. I heard a Guyanese Indian lady refer to dosti roti as 2-in-1 roti. People need to realize that sometimes names change, he need to take his argument to the Trinis for calling it "buss up shut" 🙃!
Food is not garbage sir , we are Indians fair enough but we get to name our food base up on how our ancestors knew it. Its traditionally named buss up shot by the trini and that will not change . In Guyana we call it paratas and that will not change
