Part 38 'Trailing arm issues' 

Part 38 of the Rover R8 216 GTi restoration vlog.
Prices for new trailing arms that include the rubber bushes and the stub axle (not the hub bearing) are eye-wateringly expensive so I'm going to recondition the arms that came off the car - albeit one at a time since I can only access one side of the car. Luckily it's still structually sound but just has surface rust, flaking paint, thirty years of oily grime, worn bushes and a rusty brake disc (rotor) heatshield.
