I absolutely love this video, Charlie! I’m going to do some of these this weekend. My daughter is the noodle head of the family and she will love this when she comes back from college. The Italian lesson was awesome. And I have actually made that comment before at Italian restaurants that have misspelled, the antipasti as anti-pasta and told them they had it wrong. Brian, very cool of you to say this. I have the same argument with sandwich places that want to sell me a panini, but because it's just one sandwich, I tell them I only want a panino. Hi, Charlie! I have never heard of anyone making pasta chips, but these look great! Like you said, the farfalle pasta holds the sauce very nicely. I am sure that Ginger's Italian seasoning added a ton of flavor. Thanks for sharing this creative recipe!

Charlie, these pasta chips look good!! I've seen this recipe around before, I've wanted to try it... now it's must do. Maybe I not very observant, but is this either a new kitchen or a different camera perspective than your normal shows Charlie. What ever it is, this video looks more professional than all your previous one. You can buy sound blankets or just hang up blankets from the ceiling behind the camera, to get rid of the echo. Loved the chips idea and i already known from your previous Italian dishes that this is going to taste just great. Thanks for sharing Charlie. Take care and have a great week.
