Today I am sharing my contribution to Souptember! This is being hosted by Leanne at the Mennonite Farmhouse channel. If you have not had a chance to check out that channel, please take a moment and treat yourself to lots of lovely canning and homecooked goodness! She is a gem! I am doing a remake of my very old video for one of my favorite, belly warming, comforting soups, Pasta Fagioli. This is such a simple, and budget friendly soup that you can feed a crowd and even make planned leftovers with or do freezer banking. This is full of ground beef, beans, pasta and tomato goodness. This is a delicious, protein packed soup that is perfect for sharing, which is exactly what we did this night for a family in our church who needed a meal. I hope you take the opportunity to give this a try because I know you will love it!

One of my favorite things about making soup is you can downsize or upsize the recipe however much is needed! The leftovers are typically even better than the first serving also. Delicious looking soup! Thank you! Hope you feel better soon!

Hi Noreen! This soup is delish! I've had it at Olive Garden, too. Years ago, my neighbor gave me the Fagioli copycat recipe, and it's just like yours. Earlier this year, I made a double batch and pressure canned it in pint jars. I wanted some on my shelf! I tried a jar of soup and it was really, really good. Thanks again! And I hope you feel better. Have that 1 TBS of ACV in an 8 oz glass of water every morning on an empty stomach.

You know this isn't a safe recipe to can right? It is especially a no no to can with the pasta in it. Very dangerous.
