It was looking so delicious I too forgot all about the bacon.Cooked a whole pack of bacon to put on my one and only hamburger and the grandkids ate all the bacon so I ended up with a plain cheeseburger 🍔
Looking delicious - loving that you're taking in some love for the Alpine Touch seasoning. I've been using this since the early 1970's (Mom was raised in Montana - home of Alpine Touch). Thanks for sharing!
Thanks for using the 22eseries in your video and great looking food as always. I love my 22 eseries and enjoy cooking on mines too when I don't want to go outside to fire up my outdoor griddle
Pulled the trigger on this, have the Blackstone 22"inch E . Also found a silicone hand scraper as well. Works good and a little easier to use than the spatula for clean-up. Thanks for the demo and recommendation.

Just seen this. Salivating like a hound. Nicely done. Yep, bacon and ketchup. Like my Chinese chef father in law used to say “ ear the fat, it lubricates the brain”. Didn’t know that Blackstone made electric. When the Presto gives up the ghost, we’ll be going E series.
That patty melt was amazing. I also love ketchup on mine. Especially on Tamales. Yes I said Tamales. People think I'm crazy 😜, But don't knock it till you try it. To each there own I say. Thank you for sharing your Video and much continued success.
It's comedian Nate Bargatze that talked about using so much ketchup that the guy next to him has to say "that's a lot of ketchup". Haha Another great video, Todd.

All I can say is DAMN I wish you lived next door I'd sell my griddles and be your permeant dinner guests and throw away my cooking utensils hey but don't worry I'd bring the red wine.
Really looking at the egriddle for inside when the weather is really bad here in the winter. Glad you are using it. The recipes are much appreciated. I have venison as well so this is perfect.

It works very well. It is absolutely no way for the outdoor Blackstone BUT it works very well for what it is. The best indoor griddle I have ever used by far. Just don't expect the same experience as a backyard 36" I continue to use mine though because it works great when I don't feel like going outside.
Hey Todd As always you make great food😊👍🏻 I have the 36” air fryer griddle outside. BUT!!! I’m going to go get my new E-Series griddle. Indoor or outside. That’s very nice. We live in south Arizona where it is HOT!! all summer so we don’t use the 36”. Now to able to use this in the summer indoors 👍🏻. Thank you Todd For bringing us into your beautiful home. God Bless 🙏. OMG you just convinced me I have to have this grill. While I have the one outside and use it but one inside is perfect for days here in Sunny Florida that it’s too hot or rainy to be outside. Off to Walmart since Our Lowes doesn’t have it. Thank you!!!
Mayonnaise, ketchup no problem. However the most offensive move was forgetting the bacon. I don’t know if I can forgive you. 🐷 I guess to be forgiven we need to forgive. Looks great Todd with and without the bacon.

It looks amazing Todd! Just got the 36” air fryer over the holidays. I love it and enjoy learning new recipes and how to use it. It has also helped me with my new diet and grilling vegetables! Makes the healthier recipes fun to make. Everything has been delicious. However the sweet heat chlli dog recipe is in the works too! Keep the videos coming and maybe the 2022 tour with be near one day. 😀
Patty melts are traditionally made with light rye bread which gives that unique taste. The best mayo is Best Foods west of the Mississippi river and Hellman's East of the Mississippi. My Dad always liked Miracle Whip, which is not mayonnaise but you couldn't tell him that.
I'm from Nebraska we have the best game and beef and pork love to go hunting with ur all sum I live to cook and BBQ and smoke ribs and meatloaf ect on my smoker

Looks amazing! How do you collect the oil in the back? Meaning, do you add foil or just let it drop in the cup and clean it later? Other blackstones have a foil insert, does this one?
