You just have to wait. It usually takes 24-48 hours if your transfer becomes pending.

You'll have to link the card with VISA logo. No problem whether it's physical or virtual card, what really matters is it's VISA.

Hi Yan Yan, typically yes, merong service fee kung magwiwithdraw ka using a PayMaya Visa card to an ATM. As for the exact amount of charge, it will vary from bank to bank but expect something between 5-15 pesos for every withdrawal.

You will have to verify both accounts and it will also take some time if it's your first time to withdraw funds. It's part of Paypal's security protocol.

+Allan Macam I have not entered an account number as I've added it as a credit/debit card. Don't try to add it as a bank account as you won't have an account number to supply for that field. Add it as card. I hope that helps.

Hindi po kayo makakapag withdraw sa Mastercard. Mastercard can only be used as a funding source. Kung gusto nyong magtransfer from Paypal dapat, VISA or Bank account ang gagamitin.

I suggest, kuha po kayo ng PayMaya card, I think 150 ang bayad, then loadan ninyo ng 200. Then gamitin nyo pang verify sa paypal account. Once verified na, pwede nyo na siya gamitin iwithdraw yung funds from Paypal to your PayMaya card.

Hi Georick, the truth is the instant withdrawal no longer works. I believe it's only for a limited period as a promotion. However, any withdrawals after the promotion now takes at least 24 hours.

The transfers works both on weekends and regular business, except holidays.

I don't have an MVP card so I haven't personally used it, but based on what I've read on the PLDT site, it can still work since it's a VISA card.

I tried to withdraw yesterday using the mvp card sa landbank atm and di ko ma withdraw yung pera pero na ccheck ko naman yung balance. Maybe need ko talaga i upgrade yung account ko? Tried to ask paymaya in fb at emailed them pero wala paring sumasagot until now.

It doesn't work on Mastercard, but you can still link it and use your Mastercard as another funding source, however, you won't be able to transfer/withdraw funds to it.

Hi Kenneth, It's true that there have been a lot of feedback that it's not instant when withdrawing to PayMaya Visa card so I'd steer clear from that route at this time. However, if you have an EON card, withdraw to EON's VISA card is instant and I can personally vouch for that. I've just withdrawn from Paypal to EON today and it's instant.

Hi Elle, common issue po yan, hindi naman critical na problema, minsan meron lang talagang issue sa Paypal. Logout lang sa account mo then wait a few minutes tapos login ulit. As long as walang disputes sa Paypal mo, okay pa rin yan.

If you're transferring funds from Paypal to the PayMaya VISA card there is no fee if the amount is 7000 and above. For transaction lower than 7000, you'll be charged 50 pesos. I'm not sure where the 250 is but I have never been charged that amount just to withdraw from Paypal to PayMaya VISA.

Okay, so there's no other charges except for the 15 peso atm charge if you're going to withdraw your paypal balance via the paymaya visa card ( at an any atm machine except landbank who only charges 5pesos) and 50 pesos if 7k below is being transferred from paypal to paymaya visa card. You can't transfer from PayPal to MasterCard, at least as of this writing.

Update: nag transfer ako ng 7,000php from PayPal to PayMaya pero hindi siya instant, I waited 2 days bago dumating. Hindi ko alam bakit pero nagtataka ako bakit iba yung user interface ng PayPal niyo sa browser. Hindi ganyan yung sa akin eh. Any thoughts?

Hi Veju, I don't think I'd recommend you buying the PayMaya card outside of Smart or PayMaya website. It's probably convenient but the security risk outweighs the convenience. Buy here instead store.paymaya.com/ Also, just an update about the Paypal to Paymaya withdrawal, for some reason it doesn't seem to be an instant withdrawal anymore but takes about 24hours for funds to reflect on your PayMaya account. .

Hi Dave, relax lang muna. Kung gusto mo mawithdraw Paypal funds mo sa PayMaya, una ilink mo muna yung VISA card mo sa PayMaya. Kung di mo pa nagawa yung linking, punta ka dito bit.ly/LinkPaypal2GCash be sure meron kang at least 100 pesos sa PayMaya account mo. Pagkatapos mong malink yung VISA sa Paypal, then withdraw funds to card. Eto yung video na pinanood mo. Pag nacredit na funds mo sa Paymaya account mo, punta ka sa ATM then withdraw. Yung nasa likod ng card mo na nakalagay na not valid until signed, walang problema yan, pirmahan mo lang tapos na, pero hindi ibig sabihin hindi mo sya pwedeng gamitin. In regards to your issue with withdrawing your Paypal funds to Paymaya, the error you are getting is a common issue and it's something that I've also encountered recently. Why I suggest is you logout of your Paypal account, then log back in and try again. Also, be sure that your PayMaya account is still within the 100K limit.

The steps are quite clear and straightforward. The outline clearly indicated that withdrawal is from PayPal to PayMaya VISA. Just keep in mind that you can link a Mastercard and a VISA card, but you can only withdraw to VISA. Don't confuse yourself.
