hi po, tanong ko lng. gusto kong e transfer ang funds to gcash pero ang sabi your paypal pre approved plan for gcash is still pending. you may retry to cash in after 24 to 48 hours... nagamit ko naman to dati na at nka linked narin ito sa paypal pero nagtaka lng ako kung bakit d na pwede ngayon.. tagal na rin kasi na d ko na to nagamit..

I had this experience last few days na ayaw magtransfer/withdraw ng money from my paypal to my gcash. Mine's fully verified from a GCash rep sa Globe store, sya na rin naglink ng GCash Mastercard ko with my GCash app. It was done last week. After that I tried so many times and I did not succeed getting money from my paypal balance, lagi may error sa GCash app pati sa Paypal sabi yung 'GCash preapproved payment plan is deactivated, to activate again I need to change Pin'. Eh wala naman ako makita na papalitan but still nagpalit pa rin ako ng MPIN both Paypal at GCash. Nothing happened. Sa GCash sabi make sure fully verified/ activated or walang restrictions sa security ng paypal ko. Paulit-ulit. So this afternoon lang I went back to the Globe store para ipacheck yung problem. Then while talking and explaining the problem, next step is trying to withdraw na yung money from paypal balance to my gcash. Then boom. Wala pang 3 seconds SUCCESSFUL na. Kaloka. Natawa na lang kami ni GCash rep. Ang kulit. You'll never know when GCash is experiencing problems or whatsoever. Basta try and try na lang hanggang magSUCCEED. 😂 Thanks pala sa tutorial sir.
