Ik this game was really wacky and creative when a nekomata asked me what i thought of people wanting to be lighter skinned and i said i liked dark meat and she said " thats really derogatory ya know you should watch the words that come out of your mouth " never been scolded by a game lmao
There's a lot of irony here, considering Persona's a franchise originating from Japan--a place where there's still a lot of racism and aversion to change/too much diversity/etc. Black and dark-skinned people in particular tend to be treated poorly, moseso than white people like me. Basically, unless you're native-born Japanese, you can expect to be treated differently. In a lot of ways, Japan could stand to learn from its own creative works. One would think adorable demon catgirls would help with that at least a little lol
"It's whoop ass time!" "Grab your asses and run!" "Zogelieu!" "I don't wanna deal with you!" "Your death will be quick." "Bad luck running into me!" "You better watch your back."
+AngelOfDarkness not really, you dont even need to be an SMT fan to not like p2, most people nowdays prefer action RPG over turn based, and since p2 is probably the slowest turned based game of all time(maybe not that much) people will just not like it.
@Retendo Nope, you don´t get it, is not megaten by name is because of the music style, the music since Persona 3 is jazzy and lose the dark tone of the megaten series. The music in the original Persona 1 and 2 are like Megaten with a much dark tone, electronic and metal, pretty cool.
@@kevin2714 Yep, and while Joker, Minato and Yu needs special conditions to summon their personas (aka being in the metaverse, dark hour, etc), naoya and tatsuya can summon them wherever the fuck they want
@germanpalomaresdelpalomar5883 Ren and Yu need special conditions, Makoto only needs the Evoker gun from S.E.E.S to summon his Persona in the real world and not just the Dark Hour. other than that, you're right
@@leadmaxwellarco2574 Yeah i'd like if they bring that back in a future game where certain characters can use different personas but maybe exclusive to certain compatible arcana so that the protagonist isn't just the most powerful character backed up by 3 supporters
The combat is fine actually, especially in EP, but it takes a bit of getting used to before it becomes super fun. The problem is that IS remake scuffed up the menus and that in turn made it harder to get into the battle system.
The combat by itself isn't bad - it's just that all battle actions take way too long, which feels even more jarring if you're more used to the Press Turn-based MegaTens and their snappiness.
I love the parts in the song that are the musical equivalent to someone yelling "WHOOOOOO!" or "YEEEEEEAH!". "Oh you mean freaking guitar riffs?" ...Yeah.
Dojima: ADACHI, GET BACK TO WORK!!!!! and, you *looks at Tatsuya* always imitating machines and things. Ill tell you what it means to be a man. blah blah blah lol
Even with Persona 5 coming out, I'll still be playing a hell lot of 2, favorite game, best story and character development. Dreams makes us up in our lives, this game tells us that dreams shouldn't be easily earned or we're just seeing illusions.
You're right. I don't understand it have loading screen like that. I mean it is the same game that is available in PSP alongside Persona 1 and Persona 3 Portable and neither those games have that loading screen. It is kinda a mood breaker if you ask me.
I went here because I played persona 5 riyal recently and was curious how other games held up to that games sound track This goes beyond my own expectations Update: after emulating this game it’s nothing but bangers, defiantly one the best games of its time
