Its cool that they got Patrick and Kate to record vocals for this; I'd have loved to see them do a "Star Trek" film together, aside from the "Nemesis" cameo.
I forget , was Janeway's little vice coffee? I think Councilor Troi's was Hot chocolate. hahahah. Oh yeah, and is This Terrel any realation to Capt. Terrel from The Wrath of Khan? lolz
Mongo Boogie Captain Janeway did love her coffee. But although she liked hot chocolate, Counselor Troi really just loved chocolate, with chocolate ice cream as her ultimate favorite. I don't remember if it's shown on TNG, but I'm binge watching Voyager right now. She has a few cameos in the last two seasons.
This battle is good, but the fact that Picard didn't have a mini panic attack upon seeing several Borg vessels coming through that conduit just seemed kind-of unnatural, knowing his character. XD
Considering Janeway is back, this happens post Voyager series The tech and experience Voyager gained by the end of the series gave them significant advantages against the Borg, making the Borg far less a deadly threat than during TNG and First Contact.
I realize this, but it should change the fact of Picard's semi-irrational PTSD phobia of them that had been CLEARLY established all throughout TNG and First Contact. XD
...The second-last scene in the movie was of Picard angrily snapping the mechanical spinal cord of the half-dead remains of the Borg Queen after she was melted by the plasma coolant. So "overcame" it is kind of a stretch unless you mean in an action hero one liner villain-finishing-move kind of way.
Ace More like he overcame the irrational side of his frustration with the Borg with that epic Moby Dick discussion he had with Lily. He went from a barrel of rage back to the calm, rational Picard we all knew, came up with a plan, and saved the Enterprise. Snapping the Queen's spine was more like a final "Fuck you", and I'm sure every main character Captain in Star Trek canon would have done the same, if not, worse, even without Locutus level PTSD. xD
The concept of this game was great, and I loved the storyline. The mission where you are up against the entire Romulan fleet is epic and so much fun! Too bad the controls kinda sucked. A little more polish and this game would have been a classic.
Whoa the third voice you hear did the voice for the imperial guards in Oblivion. hah "Stop, you violated the law. Pay the court a fine or serve your sentence." >XD
beautiful jobs you did with this game. you put real life challenges have real life people and characters from the series and movie into this game. good job guys.
Was Patrick having a bad day when he was asked to voice for this game? It's so painfully obvious he's reading off a piece of paper, whereas Kate always gave a stellar VoiceOver full of conviction when she voiced games. Don't get me wrong I'm a huge Patrick Stewart fan and he's awesome in the tv show, but it's like he want even trying here.
@@Spector-yj5hk Legacys story by most Trekkies was a bit "out of place" the whole Borg Origin story makes no sense BUT great game and great voice acting form the main cast nevertheless
"If we coordinate our attacks on the vessel , we might be able to better penetrate it's armor" "Excellent suggestion" Wow... did you think of it all by yourself?
Well in "Star Trek Generations" Picard was told by Kirk to not get promoted and stay as he was so I assume he took that advice and if (we all know when) he was asked to get promoted he would of declined and stayed as Captain of the enterprise.
You know, between the intro & when you took control of the Defiant-class, I lost track of it lol. I had no idea where it was while you were controlling the Sovereign-class. I saw the Galaxy & Intrepid-classes, but damned if i could find Defiant
Man, if only there was a Star Trek movie with Janeway & Picard in it. And not Janeway's cameo in Star Trek Nemesis, I mean like, the Borg altogether have sent all of their ships to attack the Federation, & they bypass several codes due to a deceiving ship, & Picard & Janeway must find & destroy that ship. Cool right? (keep in mind I haven't played a single Star Trek game, so I don't know if that's the plot here)
Soren Ager The Ultimate Universe Mod is a total conversion mod that I had a hand in making. It introduces 8 new playable factions, hundreds of new ships, high quality models and textures, enhanced sound and effects, weapons, shields and ships properly balanced, more maps with larger playing fields, custom missions and a new and improved interface.
Yeah. Wish they could get someone who could do Scotty's voice right though, that particular one was very bad. Ideally they'd use the original actor, but they couldn't on the account of him being dead by the time game was being made, so...
He was only assimilated for a very brief time, and the Borg continue to upgrade their technology with each planet they conquer. They had to retcon the Borg Queen into "Best of Both Worlds", so she'd be a bigger threat in "First Contact".
Picard had never encountered a Tactical Cube before, and his link with the Collective was almost entirely severed. He has moments where he can briefly hear and understand their thoughts and, subsequently, can use that to his advantage, but they cannot be reliably called upon. They are infrequent and random.
Nathaniel Fasitaue Unfortunate that is true. Now I understand that the Borg could not be unbeatable forever but I much rather had it that the Collective was beaten through a good tactic or trick, or advantage in numbers (Starfleet having more ships at the time or having allies with them). Instead the Collective was beaten by making it 'dumb' or introducing some kind of super weapon which is not always the best of writing.
Здравствуйте Mister Рikard, дело в том ,что был фрагмент,когда корабль симулировался,молодой капитан приехал к разбитому карыту это факт,в любом случае нужно сохранить в хорошем состоянии.Спасибочки.
i always found that mission lacking all that time and her ship was about as strong as a destroyer class i would have though she could make it stronger than a tactical cube or at least to a standard cube strength
The Enterprise D wasn't the only Galaxy Class ship built you know... The Dominion War should've made that clear starting with the destruction of The U.S.S. Odyssey.
Well that is a glitch in the game, allowing both Enterprises to exist. Or, the owner of the game went into the program and had it put on there as my Legacy game has no Enterprise-D Galaxy class in it except for the simulations of missions requiring there to be one. And when those simulations are running, the Sovereign class is not available for you to choose as a ship. Because it didn't exist yet at the time the Enterprise was a Galaxy class ship.
Link2006155 i think it goes with the most famous variant of those ships like the intrepid was voyager and even ships that werent in this mission like the miranda class was called the reliant
