Even though I found parts of this workout challenging--I'm looking at you, obliques!--it was so well paced that I was surprised when it was over. I would love to see more classes with weights, and also more that can be done on their own or paired. Thanks again and again for sharing such great content with us, Katja.

Wonderful Pilates Fushion class - I did both parts as a longer workout and used small water bottles filled with sand. Which made for a little challenge in the last exercise, so I did the leg raises without them. Still was very benificial. Love your slow tempo which works well with my breath lengths to create a meditation in motion. Lieben Dank für dieses Workout, Katja😘.

Thank you for Part 2 of this routine, Katja! I did Part 1 yesterday and now Part 2 today. They were both excellent! I really like the idea of having two parts. It means that on a busy day I can just do one and it's manageable, but when I have more time there are two parts for a full-length session. Love it. Thank you, Katja!
The two parts together work so perfectly, the weights giving that extra challenge to mind and body. I just wish you could see me using two jars of out of date korma sauce as replacement weights! 😂 Thank you as always Katja xxx
