A nice class, a little different from normal but very enjoyable. our shoulders are nice and loose now, thank you.

This was absolutely AMAZING-just what I need to help me work on fixing over 45 years of terrible posture! Your voice and cues are gentle and clear, and the pace is just right. Wonderful. I'll be doing this video again and again!

That was fantastic, I'm really suffering with tight shoulders and a stiff neck and this has helped a lot. Should really make this a part of my weekly routine.Thank you for your lovely teaching. xx

This routine should really help my stooped posture. I need to keep reminding myself to stand straight. This class also helped my shoulders to loosen up, they have been so tight lately ... Feeling much better post this hidden gem of a class 🌟

Thanks, you're a great teacher! I add your workouts to my routines and I already feel the benefits. I'm working on fixing my posture and while I reached satisfying results with lower back, I still have the bad habit to hunch my shoulders. How many times should I repeat this routine to reach a good posture?
