This routine should really help my stooped posture. I need to keep reminding myself to stand straight. This class also helped my shoulders to loosen up, they have been so tight lately ... Feeling much better post this hidden gem of a class 🌟

I'm working on fixing my posture and while I reached satisfying results with lower back, I still have the bad habit to hunch my shoulders. How many times should I repeat this routine to reach a good posture?
