Guys this isn't fake Popcap (Before it was bought by EA) was thinking of making a pvz2! So they made concept art and there here! Some of it became a plush! The duckweed zombie and the Bursa/Cabbage.
Yeah I remember it everywhere and i was really hyped. But it seems that all the evidence that this was once how pvz2 was going to be has disapeared. Also who else would rather have this then the garbage we got?

But the thing is some of these zombies were actual concepts that got made into plushies, like that zombie that was covered in leaves and the one riding a broomstick
I remember this from so many years ago. I always thought this would've been the sequel to Plants vs. Zombies... Until the game came out, of course. Years later after seeing the video, when I was eight, my mom actually bought me some knockoff Plants vs. Zombies toys, and funny enough, they looked EXACTLY like the zombies in the video. Namely, the flamethrower zombie, the elongated one, the one with grass, the frozen ducky-tube zombie, the one with the gong, the one with the hat & vass, and the toxic-looking one. The only one that wasn't in the video was a tennis player zombie, but I guess that doesn't matter. Anyway, I remembered where I saw these zombies from and tried to find the video ever since. After I found it, that's when I figured out it wasn't real. And so, I went through a phase of desparately wanting it to be a real thing for an entire year-and-a-half. Would anyone like to try doing that? 😂 Coming back to the video always gives me such joyful memories of when I was a kid. Actually, I'm only fifteen, so I technically still am one, but who cares? And what exactly was my moral here? Um... This video is a classic.
Every now and then I like to come back and re watch this video for the nostalgia and to remind myself what pvz2 could have been. Like this comment if you saw this video back in 2012 and got seriously hyped for this.
yea I got MEGA hyped I almost wet my plants (MLG PUN GOD) but yea when I see old stuff that was good (sometimes turned bad) I cry a lot seeing the paths some games took like ROBLOX was a GREAT game but the chat system broke it but yea im ULTRA MEGA UBER nostalgic. watching old things...

Wase zombie, create wases with random stuff's. Thin zombie, he's steps over one chell. Ghost zombie, he zombie can't be damage, but can be damaged in light.

I hope they improve Plants vs Zombies 2, finally finish it, release it on PlayStation4, then make a third game that'd be more in line with this, and true to the original game.

People are gonna yell at me for saying this, but thank god Popcap got bought out by EA. We wouldn’t have ended up with the wonderful, polished (albeit VERY monetized) sequel for Pvz we have today that has created so many memories and fantastic music over the years if it wasn’t for that purchase. Small companies being bought out by bigger ones isn’t always a bad thing. And although I’m not the biggest fan of EA, the fact that it got bought out by a big studio in general was really good for the franchise. It could have been bought by Nintendo in some alternate universe, but either way the game became a truly worthy successor to the original in my eyes all thanks to it being bought out. Except for Pvz3. That game sucks.

Stephon is correct sense pvz2 does not begin in the front yard it starts in ancient Egypt and the front yard only appears as "Pinata Party", other pvz2 worlds include pirate seas. wild west , far future,dark ages, and time twisters
