Thank you for sharing your experience. I found kefir through your site. I use RU-vid to find other's who can at home and make spicy pickles/peppers and your video on Kefir was in the mix. Because I had never heard of Kefir I clicked on it and eventually aquired some. I can relate with the lung issues and when I haven't had any, say a month, I begin having a dry cough. I worked at a very toxic place for 3 years which caused other body ailments and I was losing so much weight due to not having enough strength at the end of the day to eat. I just collapsed into bed. I went from kefir to yogurt. Now I have a desire for kombucha. I made some tepache, too sweet first batch. My second batch became very dry. Now I like the dryness BUT it's alcohol content was too much for me so my husband drinks it 😁 and he says it makes him feel VERY relaxed. I look forward to my kombucha and ginger bug drinks for some reason. Everyday it's my first thought and go-to so I guess I'm needing it. I am grateful I found you, for educating and encouraging me to learn and try something new. God bless.
So Grateful for you Donna! My health/sleep has been REVOLUTIONIZED thanks 2 YOU! My mind has been blown at the INCREDIBLE BENEFITS...Especially my latest obsession with L.Reuteri...❤
Thank you so much. Because of you, I turned so many people onto your kefir. We all are feeling great. Now, my biggest fear is not being able to feed my grains. If the grid goes down, how would you be able to get the milk? Are you allowed to use freeze-dried whole milk? I'm just trying to think ahead on how to keep my grains alive in a catastrophe.
Beautiful testimony. I am going to start my journey to heal my gut. I hope it is ok to start with store bought kefir, yogurt, kumbucha etc. Thank you for this information.
I must be doing something wrong😢 I have been eating/ drinking Kefir, Cultured Vegetables and the L Reuteri yogurt for 4 months now. I was a preemie too and am 61 now. Don't sleep well, low energy and have ALWAYS had gut issues. Can't eat high oxalate foods and have to watch foods high in Histamine foods too. What am I doing wrong..or does it just take time?
A friend sent me here because I have histamine intolerance. Even though everything I've ever read on the subject says that kefir is bad for it I'm still on the fence because I have a dairy allergy I was looking into the water Kefir but the problem is that as I'm listening to you I hear a little raspiness in your chest when you breathe in and a little stuffed up in your nose, which makes me think that maybe you're either getting over being sick or have a respiratory issue of some sort and now makes me not want to go forward with cultured foods as you don't sound that healthy...
