The Polar M460 GPS bike computer uses Bluetooth Smart technology to connect to other devices, such as your phone. Read more: www.polar.com/m460
This means you can change your profile settings easily on the go. Here are a few examples of what you can do:
- add sports to your Polar M460
- edit training views (the data you see on your Polar M460 during a ride)
- edit your training zones (both power and heart rate)
If you want, you’ll also get notifications from your phone to your Polar M460 during your ride.
When you finish your ride, sync your Polar M460 with the Polar Flow app with your phone. After syncing you’ll be able to view and analyze your stats. You’ll see a summary of all the important training data and a graph with your heart rate, speed and even power data if you’re using a power meter.
Great news for all Strava users: when you link your Polar Flow account to Strava, all data from your rides will automatically sync to Strava as well. If you’re a Strava Premium member, you also get access to Strava Live Segments directly on your Polar M460 during your rides.
