Hey! Something different! You’re right Nutter, the Edge chassis was such an awesome trail sled no matter what motor or track you had in it 👍 I still have my dad’s 03 700 SKS and it rides just as well as the new sleds in my opinion, just in a different way. Nice to see Dennis do the outro too!👍 Cheers guys 🍻🍻🍻
make a T shirt with all u guys standing next to each other like at the beginning of the videos !!!! Also make a shirt of just Tommy taking a drink out of his beer bwahahaha. clean da carbs
Nice triple!! Glade to hear clean the carbs!! Lol we have a little snow went out for a ride next snow was gone!! Not a great snow year here either in Ontario
I rode a pro x last year it's a nice riding sled I got three out of the 4 colts running the SS 250 I'm going to put new pistons and rings on it this summer but I got it to fire
Hi Nutter I was wondering if a 1996 XLT reverse will work on my 1991 Indy 650 if so what's a fair price for it any help would be helpful thanks in advance patron Ken Singraber
If its a wedge it will work. It if came from an evolved or any other body style the shifter won't work. $300+ seems to be the price in my area, but I don't know about other places.
I debated it i should be that guy or not. I decided yes im gonna lol thats actually not a pro x chassis. Its an edge chassis. Pro x and edge look the same, they are very similar, but they are totally different. Pro x would have a shock tower brace from one another. The bulkhead would be a solid brace in front of the recoil housing (makes changine the recoil a pain). Front suspension on a pro is is a shorter beefier trailing arm, larger diameter radius rods, and taller shock towers for longer shocks. Rear suspension on a pro x is totally different and stronger, you cant even use the same mounting bolts from and edge. At least 03 and 04 they were different. Either way you got an awesome sled. Looks like an 04 edge chassis and tunnel. I think 04 was the only year with a black painted edge tunnel and that grey fish bone along the tunnel and running boards. 2004 was the first year Perc reverse was standard on all sleds. 03 it was an option. The handbars on the sled is totally edge chassis. Pro x would have exposed handlebars, it wouldnt have the same master cylider and control block on left side. Pro x master cylinder was a willwood master cylinder. The high and low beam switch is actually a wedge chassis switch. And the perc button would be its own stand alone button.
