A recipe for poricha kozhi biryani, which is requested a lot on my channel.
For those who love the flavor and texture of Marinated and fried chicken in fragrant Malabar style Biryani, using short grain Kaima rice. This is a RAS original recipe, which I am sharing just for my youtube family, who has always supported me over the years.
NOTE: It is Ghee that is used at 11:45 and not Coconut oil, to fry the cashew,kismis,onions.
