Bouchons (Pork dumplings) are similar to steamed ravioli, but with a Creole twist! Here are the ingredients:
INGREDIENTS
For the dough 👇
🧑🍳 500 gr flour
🥚 2 egg whites
🍠 2 tablespoons cassava starch
💧 1 large glass of water
🧂 Salt
For the stuffing 👇
🐷 1 kg ground pork (or other according to preference)
🍶 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
🍠 2 tablespoons cassava starch
💧 2 tablespoons water
🌱 1 bunch of green onions
🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
