Hi Todd, I opened up the alternator, replaced the brushes and changed the bearings... and cleaned it up. Wasn't a big deal and brings the alternatir back to life. And pulley is probably in a wrong position now anyway. So, you might need to digg into there again

Yeah I think you are right about the pulley… I’m going to look with a belt to check alignment and make a decision. Thanks :)
