A power vinyasa flow yoga class designed to help you stretch, breathe deep, tone, and strengthen while focusing on the abs, hips, and glutes to make this an energizing and dynamic full body workout. This at home morning yoga practice is a sequence that's designed to help you warm up the joints necessary for the poses to get maximum benefit.
The breath is taken into consideration to illicit a meditative quality, along with breathing patterns to help to train the muscles of the diaphragm to become strong and healthy, while keeping the nervous system calm to train nerve elasticity. This aids in help us to move further into the stretches and opening up the tight muscles, while holding the strengthening poses for extra time to build muscle in the commonly weak areas.
I filmed this class up on my roof in Southern California on an overcast morning. The vibe feels right for some zen like yoga.

Enjoyed the outdoor vibe….did I hear a rooster crowing intermittently? Great pace and I still enjoy the instructions as it reminds me to do the poses correctly and think about minor adjustments. Much gratitude for your expertise and corny humor 😉

Great class as always, tim! I love how your classes don’t make me feel pressured to do overdo my poses to seem more “advanced”. Instead you make me focus on the quality of my poses and the “why” behind the poses. Love it! Always a humbling experience doing your classes!

A few times during poses I checked my laptop to see if my internet was buffering. Nope, that's just how long we were holding poses, lol. Loooooved this one! The deeper holds were awesome, and cueing was on point as usual. Length and content were perfect- more like this! Thanks, Tim!

Hi Tim, I am still doing your classes, which is shocking judging by my erstwhile inconsistent, fickle habits in practice. I am so humbled by your humility. What you said at the end of never being that advanced that you forget your roots is a gem that you obviously live by and that is simply just awe-i nspiring. I deeply deeply appreciate how you explain each posture from the point of view of a beginner each and every time. You don't skip the details, the nuances of a pose, its exacting bends ever. And you manage to make us get a good, solid workout in a smooth, easy, relaxed flowy way. Quite a feat that!:) Thank you so very very much for giving us these classes. My endurance has gone up, my flexibility has improved and my upper body strength is slightly better. Though I still can't do chaturangas without my thighs touching the floor while coming up for updog. I have never been able to do push-ups. And so I believe that I will never be able to do a headstand I guess simply because I have no strength in my upper arms. But I do feel that maybe with your classes, this too can change :).

There was a lot going on here but the pace was so measured I found it not too taxing. Especailly doing the sun salutations, I usually get winded trying to keep up but did fine today.Guess all the time I'm spending with you is paying off. Thanks a bunch Tim

I love what you said about always having to be conscious of the movements no matter how long you’ve been doing yoga. That’s part of what I love about yoga, I can tune everything else out bc I have to focus on different muscles and areas of my body. It has really helped me reconnect to my core and my hips after having my kids. 🙏🏻

This class has components of yesterday's live class, I did this one too tody. Glad you shared this so I can keep it as what I enjoyed learning the most. Half moon and side angle twist I liked. Less weight on finger tips and keeping ribs in helps in twist with balance. Crow pose to hold for even for 2 seconds means your teaching is working. Much appreciated thank you.

Thanks, Tim! This is a well-rounded practice. I like doing a few sun salutations A and B to get started and then moving on to the warrior 2 and triangle, bind and half-moon. I even had pretty good balance this morning. I like the 2 crow pose opportunities. The core work was excellent. I could've done a little more but I did feel it. Nice long savasana. I am ready for coffee and some breakfast now. Namaste!

Fabulous class Tim 👌🏽 Grounding the feet before warrior activated my glutes, first time I've conciously done that. Also resonated deeply with what you said about path of least resistance and zen mind versus beginner mind.. and not losing sight of that in for the sake of "advancing" 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

'Passive aggressive instructor' remark make me laugh - loll your sense of humour lends to much to your practice 'Beginner mind, Zen mind' is a point well made - you can have many years of doing yoga but we are always learning. You are an excellent teacher, Tim - thanks for another great session.

Thanks for the class. I personaly feel like doing more core work as well , but i do core work and other total Differential movement Practices as well. Other then thet i liked i verry much and become more and more familiar with yoga and like your teaching stile. The best think for me of all the Practice was the part where you sayd passive agrassive yoga teacher. The laugh Flash was the best and Made it al more enjoyable . Thank again 😃
