Didn't look like they did.I have no idea what the wd40 was about, its not a fuel issue, its a no oil pressure in the heads issue, that causes a no start. Its alot easier on the starter to prime the oil rails by filling them with oil in the 5/8 plugs. Then after unplugging harnesses, turn it over for 30 seconds and let it sit for a couple minutes to let the starter cool and air to bleed, then do it again. After twice, plug them in and do it again. It should fire before the 30 sec is up. I just did this. Im just youtube surfing. lol
