I would never get back together with somebody who abandoned me in my time of illness. My first husband did this but now I can say that I’m happily remarried to somebody that completely supports me and the fact that I have multiple sclerosis. He is my helper and the love of my life and he would never ever ever leave me. I worry for Dani.
How on earth did the children cope when their father abandoned their mother? Such a courageous lady. Am I alone in finding the florist an irrelevant intrusion and irritation?
I had a boyfriend who broke up with me because he couldn't handle my shoulder replacements and lupus issues. Oh well because 4 years later I married someone better. We now have 3 children when I thought I could never have children! God blessed me with my family! I would never return to someone who abandoned me.
It’s sad that her husband divorced her because her rehabilitation after her brain tumor was “stressful” on him so he divorced her, but now that she’s better he’s suddenly like ‘oh let’s get back together.’
@@trishradloff8817 💯. I mean I can understand how it would be tiresome on the husband, because it is a lot for him to process too but when your wife is sick you don’t flipping divorce her, you stand by her side
And she still needs her hips replaced. As someone that is a nurse and has divorced because of similar circumstances I can tell you hip replacements are not easy...and she needs 2.
Kevin is so politically incorrect and out of line 100% of the time. And for the husband who left his wife, if he can't support her in sickness, he doesn't deserve her in health. Completely selfish.

The title says the fitness instructor is pregnant. Nothing was brought up about this. Then the groom walks in? Is he just trying to get noticed on tv? The other bride is marrying the jerk who left her? Good Lord!
Why is the owner allowing the stylists to put brides in dresses that are above their budget? Better yet, why did she hire these women?? Not only will the bride be utterly disappointed that she can't afford a dress she fell in love with but it's a great way to not get a sale because no dress in her budget will compare.
I can’t agree more. They do it because if they love the dress a lot of people throw the budget out the window even though someone might be put in a bad spot financially. Morally wrong.
it doesn't occur to you that Rene isn't an idiot - if he really was that nasty, she wouldn't let him in her salon, never mind on the show. How he behaves is largely because of the editing. as for telling them to stand up so he can look at their body, again, if it was that bad, they would have told him to pound sand. possibly he's the one doing the wedding decorations and will need to see how the bridal party will look so he can come up with ideas. look at his eyes - they are assessing and measuring, completely not matching the campy leer in his behaviour.

He divorced Dani, while she's struggling to survive brain cancer, and they have 5 children together! What kind of useless man is he? Why on earth would she take him back?

I love the fitness model. I did not expect her to be sooo humble and down to earth. She has a WONDERFUL & SWEET spirit. May she find rest from the pain of her sister passing.
I’m blown away that Brendy’s fiance walked in! WTH? Rude! Was he upset that it was all about her and not him? I feel that Renee should have checked w Brendy first before allowing him in. Mind blown over the arrogance!

Notice Kevin only pop into the expensive brides' fittings never the ones that are looking for dresses under 5k I think he hides behind the curtains and listens to when the bride is asked what is your budget

This episode brought tears to my eyes, the first fitness model looked phenomenal in the dress she chose but seriously she would look good in a burlap sack!! The second bride also looked stunning in the gown she chose. I really didn't like the first butterscotch dress she tried on, the bottom looked liked a duvet 😬😬
I don’t understand that at all…if a consultant put my daughter in a dress even 5 bucks over our budget, and broke her heart, we’d be out the door immediately! It means that said consultant isn’t even listening to the client! Sales 101!
Something important to note on the woman remarrying the man who almost left her during a hard time, it really is heavy for the whole immediate family. He isn't a "bad person" for that. If you havent experienced it directly you just can't understand. When you have to relearn everything all over again you sort of become a different person. My dad was in a coma with a brain injury and for years needed rehab to "relearn everything" just like she was saying. He had to be taken care of like he was one of us kids really. My mom having to take care of us in addition to providing for the family and helping manage my dad being/thinking/doing everything completely different than before his injury, she has told me many times even years after he "got better" that he is not the man she married. She had to learn to love him all over again too. SO... in saying that... It's not absurd for that woman's husband to have made that hard decision. and she probably understood things were different too. It should be celebrated that they stayed together through such a difficult thing, he should not be shamed nor do we have the whole story/picture to be judging anyone in these comments. she's excited to have a wedding with the father of all her kids and i'm sure they are doing just fine.
LOL - okay, Brandy and Sean are absolutely adorable! You can tell Sean is used to being hit on and the low-key way he shot down Kevin was amazing! Dani: "This is a really special time in my life" Me: "Oh, i so hope he's shelling out every penny for this wedding because it's ridiculous she would have to pay a single cent now that she's 'worthy' enough to be his wife again!"

Anybody else doesn't really like Kevin, I've watched a couple of these videos and he always manages to say something mean, like that time he told Renée she needed a facelift because she 'looked tired' or in this one where he asked which part she worked out cause it didn't look like it. He also says some awful things about the brides behind their back. I don't know if it's just me because in the show he's framed as the silly and flamboyant friend, it's really weird.
Her husband deserted her in her most desperate time of need. What a schmuck. She should not give him even a second look. Move on with those who will be there for you when you need to. I'm currently living this situation: 3 time cancer survivor of both breast cancer and Lymphoma. . . now after all treatments, the treatments have damaged my body so much so that I need a 5-organ transplant (all 5 organs at once). I'm currently at the TOP of the list, but waiting for that perfect blood match donor. It's tough, it's hard, and crazy - I get it . . I've landed in the hospital 6 times this last year. Every day is an adventure - I could be fine one minute and 2 hours later we wind up rushing to the ER with a problem. ...I get it - it's HARD, but you have to Man Up and BE THERE when you are needed.
Of course they still have a bond, it's called "soul ties". Most people have it with their ex. But the man left you when you were sick now he wants you back when you're well. I think She's making a terrible mistake
It would be interesting to know if these couples still together as these shows are 10 years old. Of someone was not there for me during illness I would not want them back.

Ok. Dani was married to a man who left because he couldn’t handle her recovery after surgery. What happened to “in sickness and in health”? Now she has upcoming hip replacement surgery, which will be more rehab and she wants to remarry the same run-a-way husband? I hope he can handle it now. Best of luck Dani!💖
What a piece of shit guy... Who leaves someone while they are fighting to get back what a tumor stole from her. She deserves so much better than someone who will walk away so easily when the going gets tough.
They keep saying that Kevin is the guy they based the character in Father of the Bride on. But that movie was made over 30 years ago. Kevin doesn't look old enough to have been established and on the map to the point that he was relevant enough to be noticed that many years ago. I could be wrong. But that's how it seems to me.
That beautiful, strong, courageous warrior of a woman Dani deserves a husband and partner, as the vow says, through sickness and in health. Not one who runs for the hills leaving her and their 5 children for her to deal with WHILE rehabilitating from her illness. And she wasn't even done, she said she still has to have her hips replaced, so how's he going to react then???? Selfish immature, emotionally immature as well, man. Nothing like an illness or injury changing you, when you weren't given a choice in it and the man thinking you are useless and worthless and not good enough anymore. Yes that's speaking from experience, which is why I made peace with never ever being in a relationship again, 23 years of marriage gone. Heartache was not worth it. . I truly hope she is doing well today and is happy and healthy!

Wedding shops could really benefit in purchase the baby bellies.. many expecting brides are typically nervous because they can't invision how the dress will fit to size if the belly is bigger the day of, so having sizes of different months on hand really do help with expectations and the vision for their day.
My first thought with Dani is that they divorced for the healthcare. Technically, I think that's insurance fraud, so they wouldn't say so on TV. But it actually happens a lot, like with cancer...to get the financial assistance you can't get if you're married. It's sad, but very common here in the US. I doubt he actually abandoned her at all.
When a bride tells you that her budget is 3000 why putting her in a 8700 Dollars Dress.?...the owner just wants to make a sale....Respect the Bride !!!!!

I hope the bride who had the shoulder replacements sued whoever did them! I have a shoulder replacement. Yes, its a big scar, but you have to look twice to see it! I really feel for her!

I see a lot of comments about the man who divorced his wife then came back. While I was quick to judge at first, the more I heard about their situation the more I realized we know only the surface of what happened and why their relationship is playing out this way. I feel like as strangers on the internet we are entitled to our opinions, but we should keep the negative comments to ourselves.
