I'd say Aqueron needed to be lucky twice because there were two collosi. Fortunately, he got his moments of luck and killed them.

@@Amoeby to be fair, if he made a spire, even a very late one. 1 corruptor would win instantly. So he really shouldn't be relying on luck.

@@oponomo a spire and a corruptor require 300 gas. This is an equivalent of 12 roaches or 3 ravagers. I don't know if that's a good idea to sacrifice that amount of units in order to get a single corruptor.

@@Amoeby i think corruptor is always a good choice when using swarm hosts to siege cannon rush. because the only big threat are collossus AND the corruptor can snipe buildings that aren't protected by a cannon range, so it's always a good investment.

The ability to micro colossi doesn’t seem like that big of a deal in 99.9% of games. If it’s only good in a single, extremely narrow situation i wouldn’t consider it imba

Prism shouldnt be able to pick up a colossus.

@@ZerglingLover or thors and vipers shouldnt be able to pull every unit, or phoenix should.

I´m not saying its imba but transporting massive units like thor, collosus or the ultralisk shouldnt be possible in my opinion.

I agree, sometimes I feel like zergs feel very weak against other races. It's almost like they are at the constant disadvantage. But more often then not players just don't play into zerg's strengths.

Takes time and money, he would have been killed before he got there if he spend resources on tech-ing up to that instead of on roach/rav.

​@@isaackvasager9957no. He attacked with ravs and queens off creep very reclessly. Just stay main base, build some spores, and something that shoots up when there was only 2 col + prism.

100%, plus forward shield batteries...it's pretty silly.

Just kill the prism, its fragile unit.

Fellow Zerg main here, Z has a lot of cool strategies and interesting builds, don't limit yourself by what's considered viable or meta - experiment with the units you like! You might not be able to proxy buildings as well, but you can still do some funky 2 base fast tech builds (or even 1 base variants like the Swarmhost Nydus build Pig showed off a while ago) like rushing out Lurkers with dropperlords or super fast Ultras, you get the idea. The Queen is also a very good unit that can still be used offensively if you're on Lair tech or have a proxy Hatch for Creep. There's burrow too (tunneling claw Roaches, Infestor drive-by's)! You need to stop worrying about what your rank says and focusing more on what you actually enjoy about the game. Play some games with a strategy that you come up with, the units you like and the way you like to play. Analyze your replays to figure out what went wrong, what went well and refine your build. You'll have much more fun with the game this way and also get a much better understanding of WHY and HOW all the parts of the game move. I would highly recommend checking out Pig's "Book of Filth" and his other build resources to get you some creative ideas or just some builds to try out for yourself to see a different side of Zerg.

Literally 2 corrupters would have ended the game. Seems like terrible decision-making by the Zerg.

Rank #1 player in Spain, #78 in the world. Is a legit challeger/regional level player. Everyone has off days, I reckon he'd do better if he faced it again in the future

Well, you can technically do that insane damage with a few protoss units, but only if you have the god tier micro from printf.

I think they will laugh more than balance whine, that was pretty entertaining to see, and complaining isn't people's first priority outside most of the time

@@Samissa806 but if someone who didn't play sc before wants to play it and sees this reply, there's no way he thinks this is the skill based game people are talking about. And to answer the "entertaining" comment. I find this as entertaining as any other abusing mechanic in a game, like finding a spot with no collision or a seethrough wall. All printf does is abuse shit. I never liked this, maybe you do. Good for you. I have an age where I started playing outside with other people. Abusing in real games is just pathetic, only losers did it when they were desperate for a point.

Both players made mistakes, they also made nice moves but I know more than one person that would find it quite impressive. Prism juggling is not an exploit, I might want to add, you can't compare it to actively abuse bugged colisions or oversights in a game. Side note, why are you here if you "never liked this" ? RU-vid is for either entertainment or learning things, and you do not seem to be enjoying this video, nor to learn anything from it. (What's a Real game too ? Look like a misstyping and I'd like to know which one of them you meant)

@@Samissa806 i honestly didn't want to offend you or anyone else. I meant you in the generic form. I often like Pig's casts and most of the cheeses. But I hate seeing cannon-battery abusing. That's simply broken in SC, in my worthless opinion, against Zerg, at levels below top gm. Prism juggling may be somewhat hard, but the fact that that's everything that protoss needs to focus on, and the fact that Zerg is absolutely humiliated and helpless makes me rage. I could not watch till the end, this shit is snuff to me.
