Lifting definitely helped me with fatherhood, you’re following a very similar mentality. How many diapers can I change in a day? Can I PR that number the next day or week? How much emotional composure will I have with a baby crying for 2 hours? It will wear you down just like a deep diet but it’s all worth it. The payoff is subtle and slow but best thing that’s ever happened to me.

Bert what sage old advice do you have woth someone getting frustrated with the fact that the progress may be over in their physique? I know yall at 3DMJ may still make progress but after 15-20 yrs training im pretty sure its cruise vontrol for me. Or just so slow it cant be visualized. Maybe just enjoy the training and care less about perfect setup, program etc
