The city is also home to a vibrant cultural scene, with world-class art, music, and theater. There are plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy as well, from biking and hiking to golfing and boating. Additionally, the city has a strong business presence, which means lots of job opportunities for those looking for work.
The cons of living in Dallas are also worth considering. The city has a very high crime rate, and traffic can be a challenge. Dallas also has extreme weather, with very hot summers and cold winters. In addition, the city has a large population which can lead to overcrowding in some areas.
Overall, Dallas has a lot to offer, but you should weigh the pros and cons before deciding if it is the best place for you to live.

I’ve been in Dallas for 2 years now I agree with the everything mentioned except the food. I must be going to the wrong spots because the food has been terrible😭

I guess it would also depend on what kind of food you like. I love Mexican food & Texmex so it’s easy for me to find good food

Swear I was thinking the same thing. This food is horrible and expensive. You will be fooled by the tic tic videos, IG pics and even the ratings. The restaurants are selling vibes bc the taste I’ll rate at 5, 6 at best.

@@stlvillianlive3769💯. Little variety and this is where it's small town mindset comes in. Quantity vs quality. I think k a lot of people who have never lived in a major city are easily impressed with overpriced food that they can't tell is of mediocre quality. Also the desperate need to pretend to be a Kardashian and don't know mutton from lamb as they say.

When i moved here in 2019 my rent was $725 in mesquite in 2021 they raised it too $1300

I’m from Louisiana so I’m very picky with my Cajun foods out here. Some of these places don’t get it right, especially with the crawfish but I did find some authentic places.
