Lucky that I came across this video. Yes I am skinny and am struggling how to eat lots of calories a day without getting so full. Indeed, drinking calories is much easier than eating calories. Thanks for your tips and I subscribed your channel

So basically I smoked for 20 years and I was really skinny I was around 55 kilos in 8 months of stop smoking I am now at 70 kilos which I do feel a lot more better now with myself I can actually see fat around my body but I still not happy for some reason I have stopped gaining weight at 70 kg I am eating a lot more foods with proteins in them like smoothies fish etc my target is to get around 80 kilos before start working out properly cos I don't know if 70 kg is a good weight to start

I am well, Sumedh! Instead of a banana, you can pick any of your favorite fruits. The better the smoothie tastes for you, the more likely you are to make them!

Hey Colin. Do you think pushups are ok for someone with inguinal hernia? It doesn't bulge but hurts when i lift. I wanna be fit. Your advise would be appteciated!
