Recipe:
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk of choice
1 scoop (1/2 cup) Protein Powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp virgin coconut oil, melted
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup almond flour
1 tbsp tapioca starch
Directions:
In a bowl, mix the eggs, milk, vanilla, and coconut oil, set aside
In another bowl, mix the protein powder, almond flour, tapioca starch, and baking powder.
Add the wet on top of the dry ingredients, mix well, and let batter rest 10 minutes. Batter will be loose, but that’s normal.
Add batter to waffle maker, cook and enjoy!
