I've watched a few videos on dumbbell pullovers, but this has got to be the most instructive one I've seen yet. Thanks for the tips!

This is a great way to isolate the long head of the triceps as it is the primary muscle involved in shoulder extension. Lats do get stretched as does pec minor and major, but this is a fantastic to tie long head of triceps into the shoulder girdle balance. Dr D thanks Alexia!

How do you structure your own workouts you have so many exercise options. I am loving incorporating them into my workout because they are great for the core and work multiple bodyparts

That first one was a stiff arm pulldown good form for a it though. The dumbbell pullover was correct. The two work mostly the same muscles.

i do the cable pullover just like she did, i do feel the traps but i feel the triceps also, is that normal or i doing it wrong?

When I pull straight down, my left shoulder cuff would not be ablento rotate like my right side, would you happen to know what I'm doing that it is happening to me?

I just feel an Authority should publish not some dufuus who gives correct information. It doesn't really matter the validity of it as long as the process is integrated. Good luck with your endeavors
