I would like to ask how much of the gas made by this process that stays gaseous gets used heating the waste? Is there any gas left over for say running a generator? Also how long after you begin heating does it take for fuel to start to be produced and it can run on it's own?
Shredding the tire into small pieces increases the amount of the material fed into the reactor. It has a positive impact on the oil yield since the heat is distributed in a better manner. To get a better carbon quality it's better to remove the wire from the beginning.
If you knew anything about fuel you'd know you can put a cigarette out in a cup of gasoline. You'd know that diesel fuel is very hard to ignite. I know for a fact about the cigarette because I have done it. You'd know that the video showed the excess gas burning and the rest of the fuel is contained in a closed system. Quit watching too many movies.
