I am blown away at how effective these techniques are. I have bouts of severe pain. Today was one of those days. When I did your first technique, I lost 60% of my pain before I was done. By the second I was 90% pain-free. When I was all done I felt 98% better. I will do this every day. Thank you.

Thank you for this!!! I remembered what you wrote to me yesterday, "yi dao, Qi dao." As I watched and participated in this I remembered my walk yesterday. I stopped because my left knee was hurting quite a bit. I started to press some points and massage and it's amazing when one lets go and listens to one's body some of those points are found instinctively. I did not know the names of the points yesterday but I do now!! Buddy is wonderful!! He loves to participate and I bet he gets great kitty massages!!! Much gratitude to you and Buddy!!! :-)

I am going to share a couple of your videos in a prednisone support group. If it helps even one more person have hope it's worth it! I was watching a few of your videos today and saw my ego starting to obsess over doing many. Then I stopped, knowing I need to build up gradually. I even saw the intermittent fasting video and proper eating video. Intuitively I gave up dairy a couple of months ago. I switched to plant based and know I need to give up wheat and all the other things you mentioned. I will use up what I have so I do not waste it all and in the next couple of weeks give up those things. And now I realize that the morning shakes may not all be related to the prednisone withdrawal but rather from the sugar. May I make a donation to you in some way? I have anterior knee pain on both legs (worse on the right leg). These are long term issues. They get worse during cold weather. Could be due to arthrities. This vid is very helpful. Thanks.
