Because of my posture issues (forward neck, shoulders can click when rotated), I was having shooting pains where my upper back, neck, and shoulder meet. It doesn't help that I carry trays at work, and crane my head to one side when I'm watching TV which I'm going to no longer do. But this video helped me relieve some of the pain and stiffness, and I'm going to keep doing videos including the massage one until I feel completely better. Thank you for the gifts of these videos! I've been wanting to subscribe but I live below the poverty line, so you have no idea how much making these videos available at no charge means.

Morning Ksney! It's been a while, I did this lovely neck and shoulders routine and am now ready for a day in the office, my shoulders feel relaxed. I'll be mindful to stretch my neck and shoulders throughout the day. Thank you for bringing us such useful practices 😊

I am doing all your practice almost every day. Today I woke up with sore neck, plus I had extra stress which added more pain and my body at night was so much in pain. Hi, thank you for feedback. This video is relatively old from the time when I was experimenting and still looking for the right format. If you learn the exercises you can practice without visual guidance that will help you to focus on your breath and the sensations within the body.

@@qigongwithkseny We are warm NOW!! It was tough for awhile but I had it better than a lot of people. No busted pipes I just have to replace a windshield ...the ice and snow took a tiny crack and made it huge. But minimal compared to people homes being flooded! I was fortunate enough to have kitties to snuggle with....they’re like cordless little heaters!! And yes...I did Qi Gong for at least a few minutes a day, but now I’m able to do a bit longer to help loosen up all that tension. Thanks for the sweet thoughts!!! ❤️

This was just what I needed today - wish I'd found you earlier on in this lockdown! I wonder if you have any tips or routine for a knot between my left shoulder blade and spine - I feel very hot pain in this area when sitting down and have experienced this for over 10 years... any tips would be really appreciated. Excellent short video to relax upper body and back. Just a quick question on the first exercise when turning to right and lifting my arms up, I felt a strong (painful) stretch on the lower right hand side of my belly. What it could be, Colon?
Repeating again. Question please. Does everyone feel a sharp not quite painful reaction when you knock on the side of your legs when doing the movement just before the end. Not sure if the feeling is typical or not. Just curious. I think it’s the sciatic nerve that reaches on outer leg/thigh. TIA.
