I have glaucoma although it is controlled and I also have problems with the macula would these help?

Does this qigong eye exercise work for cataract and lens improvement? after a left eye infarction has occurred and has affected the lens.

I have been doing this once per day for a week now. Do you increase the repetitions over time? Or just stay at two reps on each side?

You can do as many as you like. With Qigong, the more often the better.

Can we do it after dinner or we should do it at a specific time. Secondly are we required to any stretches before it or we can start it as it is.

Hi Hasan, Qigong is good to do anytime. I would give yourself 30 minutes after eating to digest your food though. No pre stretching is required.
