Puritan types are the most sex-obsessed people I know. That "loud shaming" tactic used on Restroom Karen is exactly what I've prepared myself to do if I ever run into that situation. I'm glad to know it apparently worked! Now I want to know, why had Karen been staring at a young woman accompanying a child in the first place, trying to gauge whether or not she was of legal age and had physically expelled that child from her own privates? Seems pretty shady to me!

Regarding the woman in the restroom: every person with common sense would know the kid has no idea what to do. To say it might be inappropriate due to some sexual tendencies means that Karen has thought of that in the first place. These who secretly want to be something are usually the ones who are most vocal about it - like the parents who beat their children to a pulp and then compare anything they don't like to child abuse.

Gotta love how that student actually bought a tire in order to make those slackers fail. Money well-spent, if you ask me; people not contributing to a group project and trying to take the credit are the worst.

So OP women takes her neighbours young son into the women's bathroom because he couldn't do it on his own and the Karen with her daughter thinks that the only reason for doing this is to sexual harass the kid? So in a way, wouldn't that accusation also fall to the Karen? I mean, she's taking a kid to the women's bathroom too, with the only difference is the gender. *shakes head* Flipping heck.

To my fellow college students: if you’re in a group project and someone doesn’t contribute, tell the professor immediately and don’t let them tag on your work. Have some kind of journal or composition book for meeting notes and have people sign in to each meeting

When I had my eldest son I was always terrified of changing him in changing stations, I was scared if I seemed to be “taking a long time” that people might think something bad (I’m a survivor of child, teen and adult abuse and I still struggle a lot with my trauma daily- it effects my entire life but I’m working on it) it was horrible, I’d feel so nervous and scared of being judged that I’d shake and tense up so it would take even longer to change him... I’ve since had to deal with old men creeping on him and my middle son and trying to stand up for them is scary because my instinct is to shrink back away from confrontation but my inner mama bear fights our fear- how about people just keep there noses out of other parents/guardians business in completely normal situations? And how about not creeping on kids? Stop making stuff harder or more stressful than they already are.

I had a few similar experiences with my daughter when I'd take her to the bathroom (I'm a single dad and have custody of my daughter). Who the hell sexualizes the potty? It's mostly women AND men in their 50's. One time an older lady who was probably in her mid to late 60's told the Karen to leave me alone and said to her "just because your dad was never around doesn't mean every dad is like that." I couldn't help but laugh. Here was this sweet looking older lady weigh the wit of a professional stand-up comedian. It was amazing!

0:48 yeah this was my dorm policy too. One time I caught this girl trying to steal my shirt out of the dryer. She was picking through my stuff to see what she wanted when I screamed “WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING?!”. I have never seen someone jump so far back in my life. I’m confused how slackers like this don’t realize that with cellphones and computers they’re partners have all the messages sent and more than enough proof required to show the teacher they haven’t responded or done ANY of the work. Man I wish I had that growing up. Would have saved me so many group project headaches

I have a petty revenge that I'm planning for today. I work in chemical manufacturing, and we have to order a third party chemical. Well, instead of sending it right to the people who need it, they are having it shipped to me to repackage it into smaller "cabinet friendly" containers, then reshipped to them "preferably together, in one container". "Oh, and first thing Monday morning? Thanks!" (They've done stuff like this before, always just ordering in bulk, shipping it to me, and then asking me to "I just need a little bit, can you store the rest? Thanks!"and "What do you mean that stuff you never use on your site is expired? Why haven't you ordered more? We need it on this site!") So I am. The container has two lid options. One has a nice, easy zip lid with serrations for opening. The other is a heavy plastic you need to manually serrate with bolt cutters. Guess what lid they're getting.

Soooo the Karen in the bathroom only asked if he was her child to make sure she wasn't "abusing" him? What were the chances she really wasn't his mother? But she also said it would have been "perverted" anyway since he's a boy so it would be "bad" even if she was his mom, according to her, so why even ask? Why not directly go for "why isn't your husband accompanying your son to the bathroom???" (because I bet that Karen wouldn't even entertain the idea of a single mom, lesbian moms, widower mom, etc etc)

The bludger in group projects reminds me of a school project I had to do for history. The class separated into groups of four, but there were three left. Me and two guys. Every class, these guys alternated absences, so I could never organise anything. The only time one of them actually did work was when the teacher forced them to write something. Fortunately the teacher was observant enough to realise I had written 90% of the project. I can say that number with certainty because there were ten areas we had to cover for the chosen era. I was deliberately avoiding finance, so that’s what the bludger had to write about. Both of the guys showed up for the same class when the computer pod was booked. While other groups were discussing their projects together, I had permission from the teacher to sit out of it. I handed the guys my notes similar to a mic drop and went to leave. They asked if I was going to help. I replied that I “gave you 9 out of 10 of the areas we were supposed to research all written out for you. All you have to do is put it on the computer” A while later, one of them come out of the pod to ask “where is the finance research?” I replied “the teacher made you do it...remember that” And people wonder why I prefer working alone.

This was brilliant! These stories never fail to entertain, especially in the Malicious Compliance and all of the Revenge ones. Great video!

8:00 you know this would actually explain a lot, I remember vividly back in elementary and middle school seeing shit and piss all over the bathroom stalls, I wouldn't be surprised if it was because the children were never potty trained 😂

'Figure it out lmao' But I remember when I was little ladies looked at my dad weirdly when he waited for me me in front of the bathroom door (mom and I never got along, so even that young I'd rather go with dad even to the most boring places just to avoid staying home with her, I'm 20 now and situation hasn't improved. She tends to cause fights by yelling at me for the smallest thing, basically a narcissist, never letting me defend myself and shit, but my dad is awesome) not a stall, the bathroom, outside. I was 5, I could go inside on my own but in big places dad wouldn't leave me (ofc like there's actual psychos out there who would let their 5 yo wonder alone?) so he always waited for me, and he got some weird comments from Karen's, one lady scared the jesus out of a 5 yo me bc she thought he WASN'T my dad and tried to talk me into going with her, I remember dad looked murderous when I ran out of bathroom crying and screaming that I wanted to go home. He yelled at her, got into an argument and thankfully he had my card for my doctor (like social security I think?) and last names matched, I've seen him that angry only one other time, when my mum threatened to throw me out (for the 5th time in last 3 years, but this is the first time he heard it) when I was 19, he assured me that both me and my younger brother have a percentage of house ownership, plus mum and dad had the same amount each so she can't throw me out of their house. (later that day, like 2 h after that argument she acted like nothing happened, normal for her.) So yeah a round of applause for all the dad's out there just doing their best for their kids (also for mums who are actually more mums that drill sargeants)

While I'm stuck at home, waiting for Coronavirus to come to me I'm glad I get to watch these videos. Really helps take my mind off the virus filled, war torn world outside

Ha! Ha! The work scheduling story reminded me of a place I worked at years back. This place was a franchised pizza restaurant, owned by two of the most entitled jerks in town! I was hired to take the former cook's schedule, which was Monday through Friday, opening til 4:00PM. It is important to note that this is a college town and the students would work nights and weekends, due to their class schedules. I had three school-aged children, so, this was fine with me! Hearing how busy the place got on weekend nights, at one point, I asked about taking an occasional shift on a Friday or Saturday night, as a waitress, which I did one of my days each week, already. My boss laughed at me and said the students that worked for her would never give up those shifts as they were real money-making shifts! Okay! No problemo! At Halloween, which fell on a Saturday that year, my boss approached me on the Friday before and advised me that, since I had not put a request up on the bulletin board for that Saturday night off, and I was the only one that didn't, I would have to work on Halloween, as the cook. By this time, I had gotten my fill of this woman, so, I stood up to her. I told her since I don't work weekend nights, I saw no reason to put a request for it off up on the board. She persisted in telling me that it was just too bad for me, that I had to work. She knew I had three small children! I advised her I was NOT working Halloween as I already had my children's costumes and they were going Trick or Treating! She kept on. A co-worker, a single guy who still lived at home and was not a student, just happened to be in the restaurant at the time. He comes to me and tells me he will work the shift 'for me'. I told him I didn't care who worked it, it wasn't 'for me' because I don't work weekends. He goes off to tell boss lady he'll work and she comes to tell me that the guy saved my arse by offering to work for me. I told her she was sorely mistaken! He had saved HER arse because I don't work weekends. That was the end of it. I worked there for a week or two longer until I found another job and left. They went out of business within the year because they were such chintzy, entitled buffoons, business was dwindling. (Once, I saw her slide a cutting board up under a pizza that had been dropped, top-side down, on the floor! She fixed the toppings, added a little more cheese and sent it out to the table!!) Couldn't have happened to a more deserving couple!

First story i have a similar one. My mom and i lived in a giant apartment complex and we had to pay for the washers and dryers. We had two laundry rooms per building with 6 washers and dryers in all 4. The bottom floor we had the pool area and the second and third were balconys above the indoor pool. To get to the laundry rooms you had to go to the balconys or go the long way around. So when i was still pretty young i did all the laundry. I had a neighbor down the hall that i would often see up in the laundry room and we would talk. He was like an older brother. But anyway i had found that people had been taking mine and other peoples laundry out of the dryers sometimes if ours were like half done and still pretty damp. These guys did it to my neighbors laundry and his clothes were still wet. He went upstairs to check on his laundry and pulled theres out and piled it on the table. When he came back he looked over the balcony at our pool and saw clothes floating around. He unfortunately recognized them. He got his clothes and waited in the laundry room and cue me and my mother coming up to do our own laundry. She didnt normally come upstairs with me but i walked in on people robbing the machines but they just left me alone. I was probably no older than 8 or 9. This is when we got talking and he told us what happened and that he was waiting patiently for the people to come upstairs and get their laundry. He had talked to several of our other neighbors and they had done that to other people. He was going to talk to managment and we were pretty cool with them. We eventually went back down to apartment and when we came back up he was gone. Later i saw notices all over the building about how they were installing security cameras we had heard that the tenants responsible got into a lot of trouble. I heard that they were evicted because it wasnt the first time they had done this. All because all the neighbors reported it rightfully so.

I would have asked if she ever had any of her kids in a daycare when they were in diapers or had anyone babysit them and if so then why would they allow a person that's not them to change a diaper. It's so stupid what people will say sometimes.

Quitting without giving 2 weeks notice? I'm a business owner and I used to tell people that if an employer can fire you on the spot you certainly can fire your employer immediately.

When I was in my late teens I was a active child minder of 6 families, once out shopping I saw one of my families I look after, I offered to take her little boy to the toilet, when In the bathroom a random Karen starts freaking out for "bringing a boy into the girl'se room and did I kidnap him as I am white and the boy is black," when we got out of the room the mum came in asking if we are ok as she over heard a crazy woman screaming about "black kid in the toilet", she came into the bathroom and saw me waiting outside the cubicle while her boy had some privacy time, when we came out the crazy Karen pointed and calling me a pido thy mum stood up for me calling me his nanny and she gave me permission and was doing me a favour and she should mind her god damn business, she wasn't happy and started to call the family the N word, by now security was escorting her out if he store with her kicking and screaming, oh dear....lol

Just got today and Monday off because Corona, kinda like school seeing friends, teachers are nice, so yeah nice to see them. When I was at Illinois State University in 1972 and left my clothes in the dryer, I came back to find the dry clothes neatly folded on top of the dryer. Guess we were nicer back then. But it was a male/female dorm.

Ugh bosses like that are so infuriatingly stupid. Damned if you do, damned if you don't. Their inconsistencies and screw ups are always spun into being your fault.

The first time I was this early was never because usually life sucks.

I remember in college I was doing a project and a friend of mine did like 90% of the work. My friend though did a lot more than I did since I was in practice and even I practice I managed to do all of my part. The other class mates where well. How do I put it. One was also out friend but she was a constant no show. She missed a lot of days of class and when we tried to get in touch we never could. The other two well ... the guy was all "I'm in this with you I'll do what ever you guys tell me to do we can do this!" He only looked for information without putting it in his own words. Than the last girl. She was added into our group because her last one kicked her out. They had some disagreements and I think I know why. During the time my friend and I were putting most of the work on the project. She kept complaining to her outside friends about how she was the only one doing any work and that we weren't doing anything. This got me furious so the day of the project I sent them the PowerPoint and written work so they could read while my friend and I both knew the work by heart. Thankfully our teacher was grading us individually. She knew my friend and I knew exactly what we were talking about because we explained further beyond while the other three sat there oblivious. I also got my revenge when she read a graph gave out the wrong information and I corrected her. It made me feel so good making her look bad in front of the teacher (I dont count the students cause they were all on their phones not paying attention). She SO deserved it for lying about being the only one doing work. Hope she learns not to be such a Bee.

I had something similar to the second to last story happen to me back in middle school. I got paired with 3 girls to do a presentation. They never offered to help, ask what they could do to help, or research anything for the project. When we presented, I gave them index cards with what to say to go along with the PowerPoint presentation. The very last slide was a credit roll. I gave myself several roles and the girls got speakers 2, 3 and 4 as well as one of them being recognized for turning in the paper that I typed up. I got an A, they got Fs, and we were allowed to choose our partners for the rest of the year.

I was really hoping that when the one boss said “for future reference” the employee was going to say something like “There is going to be no future reference. I quit” and then just leave and clock out

The laundry guy made me smile. I love that he put their crap into a washer and they would have to wait! Lol!! The students at the end of this got pretty lucky with their professors. All of the professors I had didn’t care if you had dead weight in a group project. You either did the work or failed. With or without help from your “teammates”. Even if you did all the work (which I usually ended up doing) and the rest of the group bombed, it effected your grade the same way.

When my cousin was about 1 he would only let me and his parents hold him, important to note I’m only 18 at this point. So come his birthday party, his parents are setting up, thus I’m distracting him. Everyone who walked by looked at me dirty thinking he was my kid.

OMG the Potty training reminded me of a Incident I had with My little girl. we went to see Finding Dory. Just she and I having a girls night. dinner Movie shopping just a Mommy tween girl day. For those of you that Havent seen Finding dory. It is about a Little fish getting Lost from her parents and growing Up alone. I didn't get Lost But had Busy absent Parents so It was less traumatizing for me. The Part that did make me cry whas after going to Look for her parents and being Lost again she finds that her parents laid down shells in all directions to show her the way home. Also a good mention My daughter is a sweet Loving girl that can sometimes be very sensitive. { crying when she gets in trouble and very empathetic to friends and families trouble etc..} Back to the story. so Day is half over and we Had a great time. My girl didnt cry very Much because she saw I wasn't crying and I made a few jokes in her ear to keep it Light. As we came out we ran into a acquaintance and her friend and child. we shared small talk for a Min . Just Hey what are you Up to and Oh how sweet a Mommy daughter day. I don't know If this ticked off the other mom or what But the Next thing that Happened is the best that I can remember. IP: Oh what a good movie. did you cry I was crying the whole time. I had a set schedule for years, with few exceptions, and I always bent over backwards to please bosses and always give great customer support. And whenever they needed me to work different schedule or days off I always jumped and said, "No Problem!" But, as we had NO extra help and many Full-timers were cut when the 50 F-Timers or less allowed, at any location OBAMACARE rule kicked in, they could not find a replacement for my critical shift time. 1:00pm to 10:00pm, and we previously had 94 Fulls and 12 Parts BEFORE the OCARE law happened. My extremely LAZY assistant manager told me three times in three months that I should put in my one week vacation request and he would approve it; he "Forgot" or just smiled at me without a word when I pointed out his omission three times. Company hired a new Assistant off the street and stuck him over me so I could train him on how I and others in my area did our jobs, so I told him the situation and requested HE approve my request and just let the chips fall, because my assist. and HIS top assist. both were ignoring the old, use it or lose it dates coming up and I had not had a week off in three years! He agreed!! Signed my request that day and when I took my time off, BOTH of the assist's who cared nothing about my situation chewed me out after I returned, and then started writing me up for anything. One month, I was written up for a thing I did and then was ordered to do exactly the same thing the next month. I checked with the 401k program administer lady in HR and found out about a 10% penalty if I left in less than 6 weeks, so I marked my calendar. 6 weeks and two days later, I walked into Bosses office and resigned for health issues made it impossible for me to continue doing my job. Only took them a year to find a replacement that stayed for one year then he quit, too.

I was stuck doing a Spanish presentation with a slacker in high school once. I knew he was going to pull his bs, so I divided the project in half. Literally. It was a presentation about a trip between two Spanish cities. I marked the halfway point and said “I’m going to present on getting from A to M, then you’ll cover getting from M to Z.” I had my half of the presentation put together and ready to be combined in the day we were assigned to present, but he didn’t show. The thing about class scheduling at that time was that your classes alternated between days. My partner was conveniently sick on the alternating days, always missing our Spanish class. I ended up present my half and getting a decent grade separately from my partner.

I had group work and we were actually given the option to present individually rather than a group as well. I chose to present on my own, it was fun! However, 5 out of 10 "groups" did the same topic. I think the 5 groups basically watched one group present and then presented the same thing, thus copying each other. A person sitting next to me was watching the presentation and writing notes. Later on, she does the same topic. Weird.

People get even crazier when you're a man supervising a little kid, even if it's yours. Imagine having someone call the police on you for 'suspected kidnapping' of your own kid while the Karen that called them is essentially kidnapping them themselves and everyone nearby decides to instantly side with the loon and wants to beat you up without context.

Story time (I’ll try to keep it short) : Back when I was in college, I did a group project with two other girls...A (the perfectionist...keep that in mind), yours truly (the peace keeper...keep THAT in mind), and C (who may have had more on her plate than she let on). Our group project was to clean a park area and make signage to identify some trees and a “welcome to the park!” area. Sounds simple, right? NOPE. A wanted to make sure C and I did equal parts (which we did, don’t get us wrong). C tried to make the signage per A’s simple requests and A wanted to do it her way (meanwhile, I’m trying to keep the peace between both of them....and nearly pulling out my hair in the process) to make it *perfect*. Long story short, we finally get our stuff together (while I *STILL* keep the peace between the two), got the area cleaned, put up the signage, and did our presentation on it. TL;DR: I *despise* group projects with every fiber of my being.

I was childsitting my best friends autistic son. We stopped in a fastfood shop with a large M. Now im white, my best friends son is dark brown. Her son we will call Taz was in a good mood dancing and gesturing towards what he wants with his middle finger.. Now he is 5 years old and doesnt understand. Enter MegaKaren. We are standing off to side waiting for our food, Taz is still dancing to whatever music he is hearing in his head oblivious to all. My couson who works there and I were talking about Taz and laughing at his antics because he was having so much fun. This MegaKaren sees Taz start gesturing with his middle fingers and loses her mind "Cant you control that kid, he shouldnt be gesturing lile that its offensive" Both my cousin and I stop in shock. I calmly respond "Ma'am, as you can clearly see, my friend here is autistic. He is..." " I dont care. Make him stop making those gestures. Or im going to management." Says MK Now my cousin knows im a fierce protector of kids, women and pets and i am not one to step back from a fight, she quickly gets our food on a tray, goes and gets the manager just as I step up to the lady. Even called his mom so she could verify I was childsitting and that she definitely wanted to press charges against the women for hurting a autistic child. Megakaren gets arrested. And we go to the court date with video proof. She gets 6 months in jail.
