We are here with the training content of the Ramadan Special Exercise Series Week 1. If you are ready to do regular sports, all you need is to accompany me!
I will share a new 15-minute workout every week. You can do this workout every day during the first week of Ramadan at a time that suits you best; just before iftar or 1.5-2 hours after iftar.
If you have a chronic illness, I suggest you do not accompany me without consulting your doctor🙏
The best time is when you feel your best, remember that! Every week you will be getting a dose of energy from your workouts. As long as you keep it up regularly, I'm sure it will do you a lot of good!
