To be honest, I don't remember many winners of the ESC. This is NOT one of them! Liked the song from the first performance and still do.

I read a comment elsewhere mentioning that Loreen was actually suffering with the effects of a cold, during this performance. Still, she nailed this in every possible way, right from the opening. TFS.

This was a well deserved win that year, the song was good but her performance pushed it to the win for me. Her performance (not the singing) reminded me a lot of Kate Bush, and i wouldnt at all be surprised if she is one of her inspirations. Talking about Kate Bush, if you would want to see a music video that has movie quality story telling with the perfect song attached to it, then you should react to the original music video of Kate Bush - Cloud Busting. the end of show winner encore performances are always worse than the competing performance .... the audiences are blaring through it and the performers are usually out of breath or their voice is cracked from being emotionally overwhelmed.
