Thank you SO MUCH!!! I was so confused about one of my spacers. Most videos skip so much detail. This one showed exactly where everything goes in detail. I'm sure that you have moved on from this YEARS ago. But it helped me SO much!

Thanks for this video! It answered a few outstanding questions I had that the full service manual neglected to mention.

Another excellent video. I really like how you take the time to show the small details on all the parts, like the minute filings on the ABS brake sensor. Please keep the videos coming. I enjoy watching them all, and have learned a lot watching and listening to them Thank you for sharing your knowlege with us all. Mark.

+Mark R. Thanks for the feedback. I do work hard to make really clear picture with possibly the shortest script. I know many videos are still long but I try make them worth the viewrs` time with meaningful content not cutsie crap.

Hi was wondering if you could shed some light on this problem,I've recently taken off the back wheel from my 2013 zx10r to have a new tyre fitted,everything came off with ease but putting it back together is where the problem started,I can't get the backing plate on without knocking off the spacer,there's no room whatsoever,can you help?

It's tight fit , a specific fit with a unique geometry, puzzle pieces only go together one way correctly. Take your time to line up everything, don't damage the thread on the axle, don't damage the brake rotor, no need for banging.

My bike veers to the right since new, does your bike veer to right when letting go of the bars? I've changed my tyres to dunlop q3 yesterday and it seems to be same, if I want to make it ride straight, which way should I adjust the adjuster nuts?

+SexyToshi Check out rear alignment, carefully take measurements by either methods in this video ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-4m9tdTN2OKo.html The bike still might pull to one side if the fork lengths are not identical. This could be caused by slightly inaccurate mounting into the upper and lower fork bridges; we`re talking a few millimeters. Depending on which side the exhaust cans are mounted, the L and R sides may not be balanced at all by the manufacturer. When the bike is suspended by 2 engine levelers, it is easy to see. That might also contribute to pulling to one side.

Measure the center of the bolt that connects your swing arm to the frame to the center of the axle on both sides. Have both those exactly, to the millimeter, the same and your aligned.

Good video except it left out the part I actually needed....getting the brake caliper back onto the rotor WITH the brake pads on it. Lol

My biggest issue is the brakes..... I watched the entire video and you did not put in the brake part 😡

@@theoverengineer the brakes are a part of the rear tire assembly correct?

Not really.

@@theoverengineer you need to put that part on for the bike to function at 100% correct? And it is a part that goes on the rear tire correct?
@theoverengineer

No brakes go on the tire. Ever.
