Recent Changes To My Regimen + Length Check | Natural Hair 

Fascinating ! I also made some changes in my hair regimen. I wash less frequently, I switch from every week to every 2 weeks. I keep my hair in a protective style and use some Shea utter to moisturizer once a week. I use some vitamins. I decided to focus health, I'm at waist length hair now. I'll see how it goes by the end of the year !

Washing my hair more made a big difference! I also have been rotating between a moisturizing shampoo clarifying once a month since I found over time the moisturizing shampoo didn't get all the build up for me. It's much more gentle and my hair still gets clean. Thank you for sharing your tips!!!!

Thank you for the video! you're hair is really pretty and im glad you found some changes that worked I've been thinking about doing some of the things you've mentioned. like washing more often, and wanting to play around with hair styles. As of now I only do twists and i keep them in for 2 weeks cause they're easy for me to do and keep in, but sometimes i wanna do a little more with my hair, but dont quite know how and im scared to try cause I only have so much time to style my hair. Also, the double shampoo trick is truth. personally i've always done it cause i feel like it really cleans my hair, but i've never felt like it stripped my hair either. i'm also thinking about incorporating more vitamins in my daily life, maybe not hair vitamins cause i need a bit more nutrients than that, but i frankly just dont eat enough and im scared im not getting what my body needs to work its best.

I use a clarifying shampoo once a month and a moisturizing shampoo the rest of the month, because I still want to get rid of any possible build up. OMG I have the hot head and the dryer attachment as well, for me, the hot head doesn't stay hot long enough for me to feel like I'm getting enough out of it. I'm currently in the stage where I wash every 2-3 weeks. I've been thinking about washing more often. I love this! It's interesting to see your routine and process change. I'm currently focusing on length and my process is more like what yours was before. Cheers!

I feel like this is my call to get a moisturizing shampoo. Ive been using black soap for a few months now and as long as i butter my hair right after its does ok. My hair is usually dry within 3-4 days and my scalp seem too itchy sometimes too, though. Black soap is a great clarifier, but too harsh for weekly use i think. Thank you for the inspiration!💗

How many length years of growth is this and how often do you trim your hair ?

Hi, beautiful hair, am also struggling, but all your tipps, i think i have to change, as you said we need to copy by looking at other people's hairs which looks similar and i think have got the which is like yours, sorry for my English am from Germany, have started using chea butter and it works, my question is what kind of oil do you use in your scalp?

I had a sneaking suspicion that you would gain more length.🥰 At the end of the day, it is about good hair care and routine. You are still practicing good hair care and have a solid routine.💜 I like to keep three shampoos, clarifying, all-purpose, and moisturizing. I'll use the clarifying once every 4 - 6 weeks to get everything off and start fresh, and I do two shampoos clarifying, followed by moisturizing. The all-purpose I use when my hair is more dirty than usual but doesn't need clarifying, and again follow by moisture poo. The moisture poo is what I use normally every 4-5 days and I do a single or double shampoo depending on how my hair feels. Of course, I always follow with a conditioner. The only change I've made is the decision to finally let my hair grow to tailbone length so I'm no longer cutting it when it passes hip length.

Use the clarifying shampoo only on your scalp love and the moisturizing shampoo on your whole head ❤

How do you get your roots to look so nice in a braid out? My roots never match the rest of my hair when I do a braid out. They never have the same texture.
