IIRC France is basically reworked to where once Artaud dies everything goes to shit. Although I am really hoping some of the more extreme changes are simply incorporated as optional paths players can take. Especially since the whole point of Red Flood is that the stalemate from WW1 killed the ideologies that cropped up in our timeline and caused even more batfuck insane ones to take their place. (In this case Accelerationism and Reactionary instead of Fascism and Communism). One thing that is really frustrating about a lot of HOI4 mods is how there's always this push to cram in "realism" in a game where an artist with Schizophrenia can cause multiple nations to go insane (RF) or the Allies having a collective stroke during WW2 and allowing the Axis to make their own colonial empires (TNO).
