Requiem for Gemini / Solaria & Kasane Teto AI (Original Song) 

Some fun facts about this song since people are noticing the similarities between this and Reflection: I wrote the lyrics for the first chorus to this song very shortly (like, a day or two) after posting "Reflection?" At the time, I was imagining it as a song from the "reflection's" perspective. I didn't touch the lyrics at all until a couple days ago, and that's when I actually wrote a song to go with the lyrics (and wrote the rest of the lyrics). The song ended up a little more complicated than "Reflection from the other perspective" but it is still in many ways that! There's no "lore" or anything, no sort of story I can explain because both songs are literally just about something personal I experienced in 2021. That's why I'm kinda vague when people ask what the songs are about but they're definitely thematically connected! ^^ (Also, I wasn't joking when I said "Reflection?" was based on a dream I had, lol. The dream was about what I experienced, but also about having a forgotten twin that was always in my walls, banging against the wall and making rattling sounds trying to be let in :P)

I really love how many of your songs explore themes of... fractured memory between multiple forms; a split internal identity perceived through the mirror. a perceived, aggressive and terrifying 'possession,' that's actually coming from an internal presence that is begging to be 'let in,' to be allowed to exist -- and so, all the mutual anguish and frustration that comes with... multiple presences trying to inhabit a shared body, their only body, without violently 'invading' or 'erasing' the others' existence, or feeling invaded and erased themself... there's so much bitter resentment and twisted autonomy between them, and yet still this lingering sense of some form of... unrecognizable intimacy, care, understanding, and ultimately a kind of mutual/self protectiveness to it, too...? it's a little bit abstract and hard to put into words! but I hope you see what I'm getting at. I also hope my attempts at describing the concept don't diminish the authenticity of what it is you yourself are trying to express - I'm sure there are many subtleties to that I'm not privy to. I'm somewhere on the spectrum of dissociative identity - it doesn't manifest fully in that way for me, but these themes and their related imageries and emotions have always really resonated with me and my experiences. it's really beautiful and fascinating seeing them crystalize so vividly in your lyrics and music videos. and the art you made for this one is incredible!! every frame really carries the meaning and emotion so poignantly. will you be transcribing the lyrics to this one anywhere? :-)

I really like this but it's hard to say?? This is really relateable as a system host who has to and has dealt with the mistakes of previous hosts and present alters alike. Especially PV wise, it's going from rejecting your past and what they others did to accepting and finally being functional. I dunno how to properly say it but yk!!

'Nother amazing song by pumpkin head!! The instrumental is so good, the little beats scratch my brain just right. And the PV fits this song sm!! The backgrounds for this one are amazing too, it's like when you zone out and focus on one thing and everything else gets a bit blurry in ur peripheral. Btw idk why but this reminds me of some sort of toxic relationship between siblings (or just two people in general), which is pretty obv from the pv and lyrics chudydshchc but still!!! And Solaria and Tetos tuning is amazing! Def gonna listen to this again to try and form some sort of analysis Tldr: Pumpkin Head made another fire song with amazing visuals🗣‼
