This Leg workout uses Resistance Bands with no attachments. All you need is Band. I go over each leg exercise explaining the Technique and the form during the workout so anybody could understand. In addition I provide the sets & reps of each exercise, provide a weekly planner, and demonstrate every exercise at multiple camera angles.
