Hi Dave. I just came across your channel. I followed this exercise on triceps. I found your explanation and methodology excellent! My triceps were pumped and burning afterwards. Keep up the good work. Oh ya I subscribed to the channel too!
You can cut your circulation making that knot ,instead try looping it on your thumb and put your hand flat on the wall with the band extending from between your index finger and thumb
I like how creative this workout is! Another great workout with a deceptively difficult portion: that Lift Tricep Extension! Short movements that tax the triceps. Nice!
Thanks to my wheelchair and walker, only my biceps are toned. Strong and firm on top, but then my triceps are flabby. I tried the first one, and got nowhere 😅 this is going to be quite a journey...
@@DisciplineDave el primer ejercicio lo hago regularmente, y he discutido con mucha gente explicándoles que se centra mucho en el tríceps y no solo en deltoides posterior o dorsal, pero la gente está empecinada en que es deltoides posterior exclusivamente sin probarlo, como si la cabeza larga del tríceps y el tríceps en general no participasen activamente en ese gesto😄
