Thanks for the review. This Nisi system is pretty impressive I have to say. Is it working with the Tamron 15-30/2.8? Concerning the lens Sony 12-24/4 the distortion seems to be well controlled in the wide end 👍

I love your reviews, I just wish that your speaking volume was higher. Your videos are noticibly quieter than others even when I haven't changed the volume on my speakers.

It's actually one of the qualities I like about the videos, lol. His voice is very nice and relaxing. I like that he isn't yelling at us during the videos to explain gear haha

Just how soft in the corners is it? I'm currently shooting with an adapted 17-40 f4 canon and I get smearing. I love the idea of the a super wide angle lens to get more foreground elements etc, however if it's really soft in the corners I think I might pass. How is it at 16mm compared to the other sony wa? Are there comparisons of the 16-35 f4 vs 2.8 in the corners?

No - but they sell the system for most popular wide angle lenses. One lens, one system.

Which setup would you recommend me to pair with Sony A7RV + Tamron 50-400mm F4.5-6.3 if I will use it/them mainly for ultrawide and everyday photos with crop, video will be shoot mainly with Panasonic HC-X1500 25-600mm?: 1) Sony 12-24mm F4 2) Tamron 17-50mm F4 3) Laowa 10-18mm F4.5-5.6 + 17-50mm First one cover more range but not sure if they will update this 6 years old lens soon, second is the same Tamron series but cover less range, third get even wider range but will be 3 lenses, I think the first is more practical for me, but what do you think, did I missed anything?

I have a similar Haida version for my Tamron 15-30. It’s better than nothing but these huge filters a a pain in the ass. Love the lens but am switching to the Laowa 15 f2 for the 72mm threads

Are you going to review the Laowa 12mm with the Magic Shift Converter? Turns the 12mm to 17mm and to a tilt shift lens. To me that setup looks like the way to go.
