Really solid content, all those TTPs add up, and I definitely appreciate taking the time to thoroughly explain it all. I went from never dreaming of touching the trans, to gathering up all of the necessary tools and funds to knock this out. The no ads thing relly seals the deal, I almost throw my phone everytime An important part comes up, then some damn billy mays commercial comes on. This is America dammnit, we dont have time to wait for shit.

im new to the 68rfe... with the valve body upgrade... and i am assuming a triple disk converter is needed as well... what kind of power is safe ?

This is concerning. I have a 2020 with this valve body and the instruction did NOT MENTION anything about removing a check ball and placing it in the new valve body. Do you guys have more info on what that check ball is for? I did NOT have to do this for the 2020 68rfe and I’m concerned now.

Totally off subject, I have a 17 Titan XD that I’m ready to throw away. Looking at 15-16 powerstrokes. Lot of people I know say yes, what’s y’all’s opinion? I just want a reliable daily.

I had a UD solenoid fault code, reset the code after I went into limp mode,and it hasn’t given me any more issues. I’m getting a revmax valve body, do you recommend replacing the solenoid or do you think it was a fluke? I’ve heard of a lot of 5th gen owners having this solenoid fault. Unfortunately my warranty is voided, so I’d have to eat the cost of the solenoid.

FYI- THIS IS FOR 2019 AND ABOVE 68RFE. Others DO NOT have TCC solenoid. So disregard that step.

I installed one of these revmax billet valve bodies in my '19 last year and that auxiliary valve body gasket wasn't offered yet. I wonder how important it is? Perhaps they had leakage between the auxiliary valve body and the billet channel plate. Do you think it's worth contacting revmax to get one and add it to my revmax valve body?

Is tuning required with this?

And for the record the 6.7 will eat that 68rfe cuz 1000hp ain’t shit unless it’s a stock 68rfe then you’ll leave the guts in the intersection at 72 psi but it will be cool as hell

TCM relearn?

Buddy you should edit or remove this video. You’re not supposed to leave the OEM metal TCC solenoid gasket and put the bonded Revmax gasket on top of it! You need to remove the metal one and replace it with the one Revmax provides.

Great video, I just ordered one of the REVMAX Zero Flex HD/TOW Valve Body with a new Selenoid Pack for my 2007.5 6.7 Dodge Ram 2500 4x4 Diesel. Hoping this fixes my problem that just happened, my truck switched to limp mode and stays in 4th gear. It threw a P0700 Code and now it's gone but the Truck is still not shifting out of 4th. I checked again and the code is gone. It showed a Exhaust Low Pressure Code, I put a brand new Exhaust Pressure Switch on about 4 months ago. The other day after it went to limp mode I pulled the Sensor and Tube and cleaned everything out. I did have to take a small drill bit and clean the orfice out cause it was clogged with soot. The weird thing is it dosen't show the Lighting Bolt or the Check Engine Light not even when it went into limp mode. Well see what happens.
