A movie so bad that not even Nostalgia Critic remembered it and now WE HAD TO. Instead we were brought back to the past, to watch this shitty movie that sucks ass!
Samuel Thompson We are probably spending more energy than really required, but it was weird the nerd did not get it.. that the gas mask was to avoid the nasty smell after the farting, and the hand was used to communicate his disgust, as he could not speak with the gas mask on very well, if at all.. especially with all the noise like the crowd and everything.

I cant believe the movie was made in 1988 - I mean I could just about understand it if they made a Kentucky Fried Movie type sketch in the 70's but a whole movie? Doug's reviews make me laugh too :D

Before there was Epic Movie, Meet the Spartans, or Disaster Movie, we had Ricky 1. Also. the Mickey character in one scene is dressed like Chester A. Bum.

It was a cross gag with an actual Christian cross. They threw in the star of David for fun. Then they say: "He's all heart." I agree. That was one of the few funny parts. Moral of the story: Rocky should never be parodied except maybe in a sitcom or cartoon show.
I thought they made the guy, who supposed to be "Mickey", to act useless and not saying much because they want him to be the opposite of Mickey as a way to be a parody. You know how Mickey always full of passion and talk with rough voice, while this guy is like so passionless and just talk with low tone.
I saw this movie long before youtube even existed. When James saw it on the shelf and passed it by, I picked it up, as a big rocky fan. It's even worse than it looks. Yes that's possible.
Just these random scenes popping up out of context actually seem pretty funny when you just throw them all in at random, but I would imagine watching the whole film would be boring.

I could have sworn that I watched everything possible on his site...this video was hilarious, but I'm just so surprised that I haven't seen it before lol I usually go back and rewatch his stuff all the time, but for whatever reason I've been missing this video for like 6 years now...
Seriously, THANK GOD there's no "Ricky 2." This right here makes other bad movies such as "Monster in the Closet" and "Evil Toons" look like masterpieces. No, just kidding, I've seen those two movies and they flat-out SUCK!

Too bad it's completely unrelated to Ricky I, and that it wasn't a comedy nor a parody. :( You disappointed me, I had my hopes up when I looked it up and watched it. It is just the kind of movie some people would really like, however, but honestly not really my cup of cake. But I'll just tell myself that hey, don't be negative. :p

I like his older reviews. It was just him and the movie. Nowadays you have to wait 3-5 minutes in a pointless skit to actually watch the review. It gets even worse when he tries to be gimmicky the whole time.

3:17 is the best part of the movie. “I lob you”. Sometimes, “I Lob You” did showed on some “MTN Gang” episodes including the upcoming season finale episode called “Night of the Living Wendy”.
Holy crap, I cannot believe it has been 9 years since this video was released. I watched this video during my high school days and laughed my arse off at those last few mins of this review, and still do today. Such good ol' memories.
