Clean, open air, friendly. The sites are all very level, gravel and grass. The Skydiving right next to us was so cool to watch. A good restaurant very popular with locals was 50' down from us.
Full hookups and $36 for the night.

Wow! Looks like a fun place to stay for skydiving! You guys are heading to where we go several times each year. Blackwater Falls, WV. We usually stay in cabins near the ski resorts, but bought our first Travel Trailer and had our first camping trip at Canaan Valley State Park in August. Canaan is adding a bunch more campsites, some with nice views of the mountain. Hopefully you guys find a good level spot at Blackwater Falls campground. We are heading back up to Canaan Valley State Park in October. Thanks for all your filming and excellent info! Good pizza place in downtown Thomas called Riverfront Wood fired Pizza -open Wed- Sun and Wicked Wilderness in Davis open Fri-Sun is another favorite place with good steaks and burgers.

Yes! We are having a good time here. Great site, #60, very level pull through. Video to follow of course. Sorry we missed Canaan Valley SP. This one had openings, so I just booked it right away. We saw the Restaurants! :) Unfortunately, we had hiking to do. Glad you mentioned it for others who see your post. Have fun in Canaan Valley SP for us. :)
