Lets put it this way, Roki's K/BB ratio this year is 9.93 The current record is 8.14, set by Tadashi Sugiura in 1959. Sasaki's only walked 14 batters all year, Sugiura only walked 35 in *371.1* innings. That's how good this kid is.

Not quite yet. Think about this. When they won back to back they had Darvish (Before he came to USA), Daisuki Matsuzaka, Tanaka and at the time Sugano, top line closers Ichiro, Kenji Johjima (Mariners), Iwamura, Aoki , Murata, Uchikawa and the best defense ever for team Japan. in 2006 they had Otsuka as their closer, Sugiuichi, Daisuke Matsuzaka, Koji Uehara (when he was a dominant pitcher before being a strong closer for Boston). Fielders , Imae, Mastunaka, Iwamura, Aoki and Ichiro. 2006 they had great pitchers. 2009 they had the best overall team. 2023 Japan was possibly the strongest roster on paper, but they are young and inexperienced. They are still ranked #1 in the world, but I think experience will have a lot of impact

He is smoking hot after the all-star break, today at 47 home runs with 29 games remaining to hit 13+. At his current rate, he hits a home run about every 2 games (8.4 AB) so its definitively possible I would say!

How do I watch central league games like yakult? I've found services for Pacific league, and giants and tigers of the Central, but not the rest of the central league. Thank you on advance to anyone who can help

Unfortunately, it’s very difficult to do so. DAZN offers all games other then Hiroshima Carp home games. But it detects VPN on desktops and laptops from my experience. It did work on smart phones and tablets when I tested it in the US.
