How much weight is recommended?

In case you don't get an answer, these sorts of exercises are typically very low weight and high rep. Rotator cuff muscles are very small, and you'll very quickly start cheating with other muscles if you're using a lot of weight

Light weight I did 2 to 5 pounds, I just recovered from a impingement with these exercises, I recommend you to do the hanging from the bar as well that helps a lot

2-5lbs or the light-medium rsistance bands

@@georgepierre3594 I started with light weight like 2 pounds then switched to 5 pounds and the resistance band I used the light first and you can change to the medium and the hardest once your pain is comfortable.
