This week we get a jump on canned food month with a recipe featuring canned salmon.

☆☆Ingredients ☆☆
▪1 (14.5 oz.) can salmon, drained
▪1 (14.5 oz.) can cream style corn
▪1 c. sliced potatoes
(I left the skins on)
▪1 c. cracker crumbs
▪1 tsp. liquid smoke
▪1/2 Tbsp. dried dill weed
▪2 Tbsp. lemon juice
▪1 tsp. garlic powder
▪1 egg
▪1/2 tsp. salt
▪1/2 tsp. pepper
☆☆Directions☆☆
• Add approximately 1 cup of water to
lunchbox
• preheat lunchbox, pan
• add 1 tsp. olive oil to hot pan
• Mix all ingredients in a bowl, add to
lunchbox pan, cover with aluminum
foil.
• Bake approximately 1 -1 1/2 hrs.
or until sliced potatoes are cooked
through.
