I remember following your recipe, Chef Vanjo, sometime in 2017. Birthday ko 'yun. Everyone loved the Salpicao! Pati na din 'yung Carrot Cake recipe mo, 'yun ang ginagawa ko since 2012. I just learned to tweak the recipe to my liking over the years. Thank you for sharing your culinary expertise, Chef. Aside from my lola, you basically taught me how to cook and fall in love with food even more.
