Schezwan Noodles with Schezwan Garlic chilli Prawn

Schezwan noodles recipe is a very popular Indo Chinese dish.
This spicy and tangy Schezwan noodles with Schezwan garlic chilli prawns and delicious to prepare as a tasty lunch or dinner.
Ingredients
2 Egg Hakka Noodles
8 tbsp Schezwan chutney sauce
2 Eggs (2 whites 1 yolk)
10 green beans cut
1 carrot cut
6-7 mushroom cut
10 garlic
5 prawns cleaned & deveined cut into pieces
2 tbsp sesame oil
Salt to taste
Dash black pepper
Pinch Knorr Aromat seasoning powder
COOK NOODLES
Cook noodles per the package instructions.
Boil in a pot , add salt and noodles and let it boil for 5-6 minutes on medium flame.
(Do not overcook the noodles; otherwise, the final dish will become mushy)
Strain the noodles and add 1 tsp oil, or butter mix it well and keep it aside for 10-15 minutes.
SCHEZWAN SAUCE MIX FOR NOODLES
Add into a bowl 3 tbsp Schezwan sauce, pinch Aromat powder mix well and set aside
EGGS
Break the eggs in a bowl. Add salt and black pepper powder. Mix it well.
LETS COOK NOODLES
-Heat oil in a pan add garlic stir for a 1 minute, add green beans stir and cook for 2 minutes, add cut prawns stir for 2 seconds, add mushrooms & carrot stir on high flame for 2-3 minutes, remove set aside
-Add 1 tsp oil Pour egg mixture You can also make scrambled eggs in the same pan, combine all the vegetables stir for 1 seconds
Add boiled noodles, add Schezwan sauce mixture toss well Mix everything and cook for about 2 minutes, Spring onions. Stir it well and cook for another minute. Serve hot.
SCHEZWAN PRWANS
-500g Prawns cleaned & deveined
-1/2 zucchini
-1 tsp chilli flakes (optional )
-1/2 red bell peppers
-4 tbsp Schezwan sauce
-5 garlic finely chopped
-pinch Aromat seasoning
-1 tbsp dark soy sauce
-1/2 tsp vinegar
-salt to taste
-garnish baby spinach/green onion.
-Make cornstarch slurry:3 tbsp cornstarch 1 cup water (adjust salt and spicy)
-Devein and clean the prawns well. Rinse them under running water.
-Heat oil in a pan add cut garlic stir till fragrant, stir zucchini & red bell pepper stir for a second, stir prawns cook for 1 minute,
Pour the sauce and give it a quick stir till the prawns are well covered with the sauce. Let cook for just under a minute of two.
-make space at the center pour cornstarch mix cook for a second
The gravy will thicken considerably on cooling so don't cook it further than this
-Garnish with green onion/ baby spinach
-Enjoy with Noodles/Rice
